Tiny, noisy rooms - I was right next to the lift and it goes all night. My neighbour was in his phone until midnight and I could hear his entire conversation. The room is tiny and dated.
The bathrooms are dirty.
At $344 a night my expectation was accommodation that is at least clean, roomy and quiet.
They should pay me to stay here 😡

An older style hotel in the heart of Sydney. Room size is adequate, clean and comfortable as is bathroom. Comfy bed. Ten minutes walk from central station and five minutes from Chinatown. Thai restaurants abound. Wonderful if you are visiting the Capital Theatre. For the centre of Sydney the value is excellent. We would stay here again.

Budget with not many facilities. Location is great however and it is clean. I spent one night, came in late and left early and for that it was good.Old building so floors are creaky but I was tired and slept like a log

The staff at the hotel were lovely and accommodating but the hotel was awful. Stank of stale Chinese food, the rooms had absolutely no fresh air and were stuffy and stifling, the carpet was threadbare, the bathroom was mouldy, and the walls were dirty and scratched. We couldn't wait to get out of there. Would never go back.

The best part about this motel is the location. It is right next to the Capitol Theatre so if you're going to see a show this is the place for you.
There is NO parking here and you will have to pay for parking next door, the most frustrating thing about this is it is very popular so sometimes you can't even get a park there.
