i had a lovely weekend at the sandy acres guest house. may and mick were wonderful hosts. they were so friendly, it was like home from home. the rooms were very clean and the location was good. really nice pub and few doors down and a great fish and chip shop across the road. i would definitely stay there again and throughly recommend it.

Had a warm welcome from may May and Mick and a fab Easter holiday at Sandy Acres. Lovely and clean. Comfortable beds. Great location, quieter area but close enough to walk into town and beach just at end of the road. We love Great Yarmouth and always stay at Sandy Acres.

Thank you for making us girls feel so welcome & looking after us. Everyone if you need a nice and friendly place to stay in Great Yarmouth then book Sandy Acres. Rooms are clean, breakfast is great and Mick and May are so welcoming and cant do enough for you.

After staying in May 2016 for the Caister weekend we book again September 2016. Why because Mick and May made us feel so welcome they could not do enough for us. A clean room lovely breakfast and they both made us all feel very welcome. We are going to book again in May 2017 and September. Would like to say a massive thank you and look forward to visiting you again.

We stayed in the sandy acres for 6nights when we arrived we sat and had a coffee and a chat with hosts mick and May who told us everything about Great Yarmouth.10 minute walk to race course 2min walk to sea front and bus stop just yards away.breakfast was always cooked to perfection by mick. A lovely place to stay ran by a lovely couple well worth the journey from carlisle j&s
