We have been coming to Cape May for a long time. This was our first time staying here and it was wonderful. The place is very clean and in a great location. Rita the owner made us feel very comfortable. We will for sure stay here again.

We were very disappointed with our stay here. It's not a B&B, as advertised, although their website did indicate that they do not provide breakfast. Room cost was higher than most B&Bs in area, however no amenities provided. There was no housekeeping service provided, and during our two day stay, we did not have any contact with anyone associated with the Inn. When we checked in, no one was available except for a locksmith who was working on one of the locks of the rooms who let us in. No instructions provided except giving us the wifi password, and to read and sign the usual guest conduct document.

Of all of the B&B's ( by the way this is false advertising) I have stayed in this was the biggest rip off and the worst. We arrived after a long trip and there was no one there. We were told to call a number - and no one answered. We stood on the porch until another guest felt sorry for us and let us in. We self registered. During our entire stay we saw NOT ONE PERSON from the staff. On line we saw that this inne offered continental breakfast. Now I know why people in Europe are so thin. No food at all. On the sign in sheet it said that there were snacks. I saw two halloween sized candy bars in a bowl, well hidden. In fairness the room was clean and made up well. For almost $300.00 a night including tax it was ridiculous, however. Now I know why it was available when other places were not. Skip it.

Owner was friendly when we first arrived, then we did not see her. Sheets smelled like horrible BO/mold, and owner would not come change them until next day. Slept on top of bed. No breakfast provided

Tried this inn for the first time and loved it. Perfect location, one block from the pedestrian mall and you can see the beach. Right on the corner of the prettiest street in Cape May. Huge front porch, spotless rooms. Beautiful victorian decorating. Bed was very comfortable. We did not hear any noise during the night at all which was very nice. The inn keeper was a very nice woman. Continental breakfast which is fine because we are not big breakfast people. Coffee and teas available throughout the day. Overall a great place to stay and we will definitely be back.
