Booked this for one night due to an early flight out of San Jose Airport. Booked a King room and when we arrived we were told that they did not have a king and the only room available was one with 2 double beds. TV did not work, but we were too tired to try to get them to fix it. Room was noisy from both people and traffic noise.

Not worth the money, I could see daylight through 3 sides of the door. The room reeked of bleach but was very dirty. Dead bugs and pills on the floor. Furniture mismatched and scratched to pieces. Towels were dirty and did not match, sheets did no fit bed at all.
Did not seem like a safe area and the traffic and train noise was horrible to sleep with.
The website said airport shuttle but it is through and outside company and there is a $13 charge. A a single I did not feel safe at all.

We booked this place through ParkSleepFly. We liked the looks of the place from the pictures (which must be 20 years old) and since we didn't need anything fancy, just a clean decent place, we went with it. Huge mistake.
Starting with the plus: the man on the morning day shift was courteous and helpful. This in contrast to the late shift gal we checked in with. There had been a power outage which put both phones and AC out of commission. She was totaly out of her league with how to handle the situation.
The room: Well ok, the housekeepers did their best to clean it up. The bed did appear to have clean sheets. The carpet was filty, the section of laminate flooring must have been an elementary school project, and the free breakfast was a selection of dry cereals, poor coffee and tang.
Definitly if there is an alternative, stay elsewhere. We were stuck so made the best of it.

Horrible experience! We were there for 3 nights and, not once, did they clean the room, they blamed the cleaning ladies for being lazy. We were told to go to Holiday Inn for our next visit. Don't recommend this at all!

First let me say that we had stayed here in March for one night, before a flight. We called ahead and they told us there was one room left for walk-in only, we got it. The shuttled us to the airport in the morning, everything was fine. We did it again with a bigger group in June.... awful!
1. We made three reservations. One was made through American Express Travel. The other two were made over the phone as park and fly packages, where we get to leave our car while on vacation. They did not have the American Express reservation, said they had never heard of that. So I asked if there were any rooms left, he said one to reserve. I said please reserve it for me and I will cancel my other reservation. He said no problem and took my credit card info. Day of arrival, no record or recollection of my phone call. There are only the 2 park n fly packages.
2. When we returned, we called for shuttle as instructed. There are 10 of us. They send a taxicab sedan. 20 minutes later, only 3 people have gone. We call and they say the taxi will be back soon but can only get 4 at a time, they will not call another company and this one has 1 car. An hour has gone by and we are outside still, midnight. We just called an uber instead. No refund was given for extra cost in package. Very disappointing, the lady at hotel was not empathetic at all.
