Exactly what we needed. 2 bedrooms. Single beds for 2 kids. And QS for adults. Good location a little south of town. Very clean. A little dated with wooden features. A lick of white paint would really update it. Jeff very helpful and attentive

Have stayed on several occasions up to 5 consecutive nights, very clean brilliant hosts go out of their way to ensure you stay is perfect. Quiet location covered parking close to all amenities would recommend to all

Easy to find Motel.
Office on the lower level. Greeted by the owner - check in was a breeze.
Shown me to my room - more like an apartment. Nice touch was the heater was already on so it was nice and warm.
Separate kitchen - which had a full oven - microwave oven, toaster and plunger. Enough accessories to cook a meal. There was also a box of teas, coffees and one packet of biscuits. Replenished each day. Bathroom was compact, heater, heated towel rail. Toiletries and towels and flannels and a hairdryer. This apartment had a queen bed in a separate room of the lounge room. Open wardrobe, shelf and cupboard space. Side tables, lamps and a suitcase holder. The lounge had two chairs - soft. A dining table and chairs and a single bed. Heater on the wall. Which to be fair was a bit noisy during the night clicking on and off. And a flat screen TV on the wall. Everything you could want. Telephone on the wall. Wifi internet.
Single bed has no light above it so you have to get out of bed and go to the front door to turn the lights off.
The owner on one occasion knocked on the door in the evening, as they had turned the heater off in the morning and wanted to turn it on again before I had arrived back. Great Service.
Units are no smoking. We garden and fence and walkway undercover in front of unit.
Noise - The upper rooms are on Main South Road which can be busy and noisy. Also close to the train line so you get the noise of trains.
Parking on the road.
Fish and chips across the road, two pubs either side with in walking distance. View to the ocean from Room 6.
This apartment was clean and tidy. An enjoyable stay despite being in Dunedin for a sad occasion.

I stayed here for one night and was very happy I did. Although this isn't the flashiest place and the fit out is a little older everything was in good order and was very clean. Very good value for money here when compared to other places I have stayed in Dunedin.
