Very hospitable Agriturismo. Great service. Lovely restaurant, great pools. For families with a dog it is a great place too. There is showers for the dogs to wash and cool them off. For children it offers a playground although it has a hard concrete floor. Perhaps that is the only recommendation we have for the owners to create a soft floor eg grass to limit any possible injuries.
On the premises there is a tennis court, a table football (foosball) and petanque.
Furthermore there is plenty room for playing soccer too.
The studios / appartments are clean, comfortable and offer a large garden and terras. I highly recommend to book one of the corner appartments (eg number 24) since the gardens are more spacious and there is more space inside vs eg number 22 in combination with number 26 which we had.
The staff and owners are very friendly and hospitable.
The distance to the sea is 5 minutes to the closest beach. We liked Punta Ala a lot which was a 34 minute ride.

Can't fault our stay to be honest, the owners and staff are lovely, they have a convenient breakfast kiosk for morning coffees and croissants and the multiple swimming pools, play area and well kept gardens are great to keep the kids entertained. There is also a separate adult pool if you prefer a quieter experience which is a great idea. Aircon worked well, wifi not bad (its generally pretty poor in Italy), close to Marina di Grosetto with all its great restaurants and beach clubs (less than 10 min drive). We took a place with a private garden which was great for the kids and had a covered verandah and BBQ.

The flats are all arround a small pond with millions of mosquitoes. My little son was bitten over 40 times in one night, also i killed over 100 beasts the evening before. We stayed only for one night, as we were in transit and in the morning i left the key in the door and told it to the maid, cleanning the appartment next door. 2 Days later i recieved an invoice by mail with an extra charge of EUR 50 for the keys we "lost".
