We spent six nights at this hotel and it provided an exceptional experience. Simplicity service engaging staff and people in the community with plenty to do on a beach that expands for 10 km. Patrizio at the hotel could not be more obliging. Book room with Seaview as it is magnificent and a once-in-a-lifetime experience to see the sunrise and sunset. Hard to believe money for value at this part of the world. Immediately diagonally from this hotel there is a restaurant called Venire where we dined every evening and were served with professional service by Danielle and Gianluca..Is the only time in my life we are instead of giving a tip I was provided with the discount at the end of each meal! The walks along the 10 km beach are exhilarating and memorable. The sunrise and the sunsets are magic. We cannot speak too highly about this venue. Feel safe. Good parking facilities. Engaging staff expressly the cleaners. So we cannot speak more highly of money for value location. plenty of good shopping. 100 metres from beach 1 minute from hotel!

Location great and bathroom size big...other than that the hotel is in desperate need of updating. Had a lovely view from my bedroom and bathroom window of the beach. Being diabetic the breakfast choice was terrible unless you love cakes for breakfast. The ham looked knackered, the scrambled eggs cold and runny and the bacon was swimming in fat! Thank god for the boiled eggs! The bread rolls might as well been bricks! Coffee ok... if ever I go back I won't be staying there again...overpriced and disappointing to say the least.

We slept here during winter and enjoyed the sea view from our room, a big double room with a very big bathroom (not easy everywhere).
Decent toilet facilities and a very good breakfast with home made desserts and cakes (included waffles).
The hotel is not really new, but t is comfortable and personnel is kind.
Ask for rooms with the view.

on sept 10-th we areved at Pescara and we got room 28 without any relationships
with description(small,no batth only shower,dirtly,etc)
we request room changing and we got room 32 also small bu with bath.
Balcony dirthy, breakfast very limited,etc.

The Best hotel. Perfect and clean rooms, friendly staff, great food, two minutes walk to the centre and one minute walk from the beach. Perfect. Recommend for business and pleasure. Will return again.
