That was shocking! High price for such a disaster!
Interesting decor at the reception area and free parking, but these are the only 2 positive things!
Reception -inadequate!
Cleaning- poor!
Breakfast- poor! The only eatable thing was the fruit yogurt...
Rooms were like from the WW II. They were not refurbished since beginning of 20 century......
There was no noise insulation. The noise from the street was unbearable.

Booked this place on line because it was very close to where I had to be and the rate was very good. If anyone needs to stay in the Campbell/San Jose area, BOOK THIS PLACE....Clean, Quiet, great desk help, and parking underground....Breakfast was good and hot. I will stay there again if the need arrives....

We enjoyed our stay at Carlyle this week. Easy access to Campbell, San Jose airport and other points north in the Bay Area. The breakfast is light, no gluten free options. Interesting mid-century Italian decor.

We really liked the Carlyle Hotel. It is close to Campbell downtown. The room was pleasant and clean. They provide breakfast and cookies at night. We liked the underground parking, nice and safe.
Only draw back analog TV, not digital. We didn't really care but if you are a TV watcher. yikes.

I was really impressed with the front desk staff. The hotel was relatively quiet on a Saturday night and I got a good night's sleep. The bed is comfy. The breakfast is pretty decent. I LOVE the ridiculous decor, it's really cute. My biggest issue is with cleanliness. The bed cover had very obvious white splotches on it. It was pretty gross.
