The room was huge, the bed and pillows very comfortable, and everything was super clean. The "free" WiFi is limited to 4 hours per day, or you can pay 26 S/day for "high speed" - frustrating. The breakfast buffet was very large and tasty.

New, clean and spacious boxy rooms on- suite with comfortable beds, but be aware of the size of bed you book otherwise you will be given a Queen with option to pay for upgrading to Junior Suite with king bed. Best hotel,n Chiclayo and conveniently located opposite a quiet park, 7 blocks from the noisy centre of town but corner rooms are hit by strong winds.Try to get a room on the top 7th floor to avoid noise made by people walking above on the wooden, non-carpeted floors. . Also avoid rooms that look at the canopied area at he side, where weddings and parties take place on weekends and can be noisy, although the air con masks noises. The swimming pool is small, but due to corporative events the surrounding area can be crowded with people attending fairs and conferences, so it is not a relaxing option. The restaurant is good.

Great Hotel in Chiclayo with very spacious rooms, in-room AC and good wifi. Service was excellent and staff was very courteous. The restaurant in the hotel had amazing food and many local cuisine dishes worth trying, and the prices were decent. Having a salon there was also a plus for me, since I was able to relax and get a mani-pedi for a very good price. Overall it was a great experience for me, definitely recommend.

Modern hotel with 24 hour reception, probably more a business hotel than a tourist one but very nice all the same. It's a little far from the best restaurants in town but has a decent one of its own.
Has an odd free WiFi system that logs you out every 4 hours unless you pay extra but that is a minor inconvenience.
It's in a quiet part of town so no problems sleeping with the window open. Staff very friendly and good English spoken at reception.

We visited this hotel with a group of 13 people, ona trip across South America. This hotel was really good and modern. The food was good. The cars were securely parked. We appreciated the staff, the service is very good.
