We had a pleasant stay at that place at winer time. Warm and friendly staff, good kithen and nice Spa. Great place for winter sports in Bansko. In Smolqn you can go shopping and visit The Planetarium.

Next to the lakes, in the suburbs, just a 5-minute drive away from Smolyan's city centre (the town is quite small). We enjoyed the breakfast, don't miss the Rhodope specialties at the restaurant. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean, the staff is very friendly, Very reasonably priced.

Built as part of the tremendous hotel boom around the ski area of Smolyan, the hotel is located in the countryside away from town. A nice spa and a decent restaurant and bar make this a good stop. The staff were friendly and appreciative of our presence.

This has got to be the friendliest hotel in Bulgaria. Although not having wonderful English the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Everything from the room to the food and the things to see in the area is 5 star quality. Don't miss out on a holiday in paradise :). The hotel is in a suburb just outside of town but don't let this put you off. We had our bicycles and enjoyed cycling around. Perfect hills for the heavy duty cyclists.
