Loved this hotel although it lacked a pool, but overall it was nice. I loved the location where it was, not too far from the center and the people were amazing! I def recommend this hotel!
If you have questions of where to go, how to get there, the front desk staff is amazing and will give you tips on where, how and when!
A Gem in Merida

Our stay was two nights long and we extended it to three. The staff and small size of this hotel are what makes it a gem. Everyone is friendly and determined to provide the best service.
Its central location turned out to be perfect. Easy walking distance to the Cathedral and Grand Park one way, and adjacent to Paseo De Montejo the other. (On Sunday mornings the Paseo is closed to traffic - so everyone can ride their own, or rented, bicycles)
Traffic noise is inevitable in a city that never sleeps. We didn't hear sirens or roaring engines but we kept the windows closed and the a/c on and slept well.
Location, location!

The location of this hotel can't be beat if you ask me. It is in the middle of the historic city centre of Merida. And...it is affordable!
Their wifi was one of the best we experienced throughout our travels in Mexico :)
It offers free parking as well. Do note that their parking lot is just up the street and it would mean that you have to walk a few meters with your luggage to and from the hotel. We did not mind doing this, but so you know.
This parking lot is locked during the evening so your car is safe there.
Sightseeing in Merida does not require a car though. We found all points of interest within walking distance of the hotel.
We liked the fact that it is a small hotel with only 9 rooms I believe. Our room was on the large side, with a nice, large comfortable bed and sliding doors that open up with a french balcony.
There was 1 day that we left early to go to Chichen Itza and asked the front desk if we could get some breakfast to go. The kitchen staff does not arrive before 7AM (we left for Chichen Itza at 6AM), so the frontdesk tried their best to pack up something for us: fruit, yoghurt and water. Which is better than nothing :)
The nice gentleman also had to walk with us to the parking lot to unlock this for us in order for us to get our car.
We even had our laundry done by the hotel and were more than happy with this.
Staff is superfriendly and will try their best to help you out.
Nice hotel!

My husband and i stayed here for 7 days. It was a nice hotel, with a great price. The staff was more than helpful. It is also an amazing area to stay in. When we come back to merida, we will defintely stay here.
Quaint hotel, good value, quiet location but not too far from main square.

Nice Mexican-style hotel, room not large but adequate - all rooms are off a central area where the breakfast is served. We were on the second floor which overlooks the central breakfast area. Breakfast was OK. Staff was very friendly & helpful, especially Manuel & Gaby. We needed an earler-than-usual breakfast the day we left because of the departure time of our bus & they had everything ready an hour earlier than the usual breakfast time. We appreciated that.
