Comfortable room, friendly staff and good connections to the old city via metro or tram. But I missed the small print warning that they don't clean your room if you stay a week. Also the water system was odd with the flow reduced to a trickle is you flush the loo. The shower has a tiny head and a bath is impossible with such cool water - the water is only heated from 10 pm to 6am. And no recycling in the hotel although they expected us to take rubbish to their dustbins.

no city centre, if you would like to go for example shopping, you need to take a metro or tram to go to the shopping area. I stayed 6 nights, and there were not cleaning during my stay. You had to pay extra for cleaning and breakfast. airconditioning rooms was ok.

A professional team from cleaning ladies, maintenance personnel, the front desk staff and management. They work as a team as if you are hosted by a big family. This service was maintained during several months.

Staff extremely polite. Adequate breakfast, though the same menu every day. The room includes a niche with microwave oven and refrigerator and necessary utensils. A few steps away is a tram line and the metro is around the block, maybe a 5 minute walk. Internet works fine, but Whatsapp didn't work to call home. I did not ask if it is somehow blocked by the hotel.

We stayed at Appart Hotel Bioparc while attending a conference nearby. The breakfast was fresh each day and quite nice and the room was comfortable for 2 people.
However, there are very few shops or restaurants nearby, and it is at least 15 minutes by Metro to the city centre. We also were not informed that the room wouldn't be cleaned unless paying an extra 40 Euro per day!
