The staff is friendly and the room and restroom were clean. They do need to change the furniture and update it a bit. Location of this place is great! Can't beat that. Breakfast was not good at all. There were flies near all the food. We didn't eat anything. If you are planning to say longer in Lima then I don't recommend this place but for two days it's ok.

The small hotel sits in a very quiet street, but very close to Larcomar, busy shopping street and the beach.
Stuff is knowledgable and always ready to help and the service is very personal - if you like that (and I do).
Breakfast is tasty and everyone will find something nice to eat.

A small hotel with fantastic small lobby, adorned with genuine Moche artifacts, charming garden and convenient and very clean rooms. Amazing view on the sunset from the tall cliffs makes it irresistible! Excellent place to stay for those seeking something other than the standard faceless hotels

Casa Inca has a nice rustic decor, but it also has rustic plumbing. The rooms are clean and the location is great. The location is a short walk from the cliff mall and other areas of this nice Miraflores neighborhood. The rooms are quiet and the breakfast options are perfect.
The only shortcoming is the plumbing, with low pressure and a bit of a wait for hot water.

The Casa Inca is my favorite 'home' in Miraflores. A boutique hotel, it is located 1/2 block from the ocean promenade and Larcomar on a quiet side street so you can escape noisy Lima and have a relaxing and restful time. The staff is friendly and helpful making you feel right at home. Every time I come to lima, I try to book here.
