Worst customer service ever
HanSou2014on 08/05/2017 21:17I travel a lot due my work, I have been on different countries and hotels and this hotel has the worst customer service. They don't take responsibility when they make a mistake and you have to pay for their fault. And it's is impossible to talk with any manage. I don't recommend this hotel at all.
Just "okay"
knallfrosch111on 28/08/2016 11:41I was there for 4 nights. The service and the people are very friendly. The rooms are nice and big. However the first room I was in was very noisy (112) since it is directly next to the hotels washing machines. After changing rooms (to 501) the room was quiet, nice and big, even with a small balcony. But the window was not sealed and during rain water came in and got he carpet wet.
Wedding Trip
Geoff Ton 10/07/2016 21:45Booked a suite for five days to attend a wedding. Impressed with the level of service all the way from Joachim and Ivan the shuttle drivers to the front office staff and housekeeping. Rooms very clean, housekeeping well trained. We took advantage of the pool and the fitness room. Breakfast was excellent, started earlier than we awoke and went on until noon, cereals, cooked stuff, waffles, fruit coffee, yoghurt, just about everything you would need. Mt Ichige, the manager took the time to chat with us, very pleasant. Very important fact for Mexico, lots of bottled water on hand. Close to a wonderful new shopping mall with a great a goof wings and bbq restaurant.
Very nice for the price
BaneMPon 24/03/2016 04:50Nice location next to the city's theatre auditorium----nice show the night we were there. Ample security on the premises and in general a quite place to rest. Yes, a bit on the high side compared to others on the city, but cheap compared to similar properties in the US/Europe. We believe worth it as the rooms were very clean and the king size beds very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Upon arrival, the reservation made two days earlier while in the USA was not in their records, but nevertheless we were treated very friendly and upgraded to a corner junior suite/breakfast, for a reasonable price.
The breakfast buffet was very good. The free shuttle was very convenient and we were driven to several local attractions by courteous drivers.

happycouplecolumbuson 04/06/2015 00:43I stayed here for 3 nights on a business trip. The rooms are large and very clean. Check in was smooth and easy. Breakfast included had lots of options. There are restaurants within walking distance as well as shops and a grocery store. Each room has a small fridge and a safe. Some rooms have a balcony.
