Great location
Glen Mon 20/03/2016 09:30It's located right in the middle of everything. My friends and I would walk to go everywhere. The guards around the pools tend to be a bit rude though so try not to be offended. Wierd thing though is that the television in the room doesn't chime with you remote, you need to leave a deposit for it....well basically everything you have to leave a deposit for....but the staff pay close attention to detail and do everything in their power to ensure your enjoy your stay.
TERRIBLE AND AWFUL EXPERIENCE
IRA_LELI98on 20/02/2016 03:08I think the photographs are very old or something is wrong, because you think it is a nice hotel, but no, it is awful, the bathroon is dirty, the towels are rough, old and gray instead of white, they do not have iche machines, if you want the tv control you have to pay $100 for deposit, you have to pay $100 per night additional for parking, and the parking lot is small, so you have to park acroos the street where the floor is a land with no construction, dirt and terrible, the man who watch the parking lot is rude and very annoying. the beds are not double , they are smaller than a double.
The sheets gray instead of white, they do not give you a single bottle of water.
We will never come back here, for the price you can get a better hotel, with people nicer and kind.
I strongly recommend to choose another option.
Gone down hill
istanbulheroon 01/09/2015 23:14Very disappointing stay at Casa Inn,rooms have not been improved since our last stay 5 years ago.Room did not have a phone that worked it was reported and could not be fixed so spent 4 days with nobody able to ring us.Reported it to reception but nothing was done about it,shan't return ever again.
If I come to Acapulco I would consider it again :)
vdexotoon 15/11/2013 03:35So I am writing this review while I am still in the hotel and I would safely say that this hotel was my safe house from the next door One hotel (ONE is the name of the hotel, see my reviews for more information).
I am happy to have checked in to Casa Inn because of the following reasons:
+ The reception girl that checked me in was really nice (and cute :) and speaking quite good English (rarely seen here in Mexico). Krizia was her name if I remember well.
+ Room I am in is big, two double beds a table and a small kitchen box should you need it.
+ Bathroom is spacious and there is only a shower with glass doors which is a big plus for me.
+ It is clean.
+ Balcony is nice addition.
+ Internet is free (a bit poor reception but still I can do my job)
+ Location is great and high up you have a view to the ocean.
• Hotel is old and can go with a renovation. The furniture too. (it is in fair condition for the price)
• Breakfast is average.
- Only thing I dislike is that there is no good sound insulation on the balcony door.
Over all is a nice hotel and I would consider it again if I visit Acapulco.
Great budget hotel
PDL31on 07/09/2013 18:28The hotel is really a surprise package ... though its a budget hotel, but the amenities are far more above the expections of a budget hotel. Nice, clean and really spacious rooms with balconies. Good housekeeping. Staff friendly and helpful. Pool is nice but i think during the peak season it would be crowded keeping in mind the hotel size. Location is perfect, you will get everything nearby like Walmart, Mac D, restaurants, night clubs, etc. etc. And above all the beach is just at the stone throw away distance from the hotel. Anyways, no one would be staying in their hotel room when you are in a place full of activities, so this is a perfect hotel to stay when you are there.
