We stayed here 3 nights, after the first night rain the kitchen ceiling started to leak.
The bathroom smelled so moldy I had to spray the room before using the bathroom.
After check in I noticed there was only one towel in the bathroom. I told front desk and it took 2 days to get 2 more towels.
I stayed here before about 8 years ago and it was pretty good, but it sure did go down hill.
I will never stay here again.

everything was great. It was quiet and couldn't hear the traffic outside. The bed were clean and the housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful. The Office staff was friendly and very helpful. Next time I would like to stay longer

I booked this room last minute while I was down visiting a girlfriend 4th of July weekend. Honestly, I just booked it because the price was so good, but was very impressed once I checked in. Our room had a door that opened up right to the large pool area and faced the canal. We had a little kitchenette that we didn't get to use, but it was cool that it was available. The flooring was the wood vinyl so it looked clean. The bed was comfortable and it was pretty quiet. At least until the morning when housekeeping were out and about, then it got pretty loud. It's an older hotel so you will have and old looking bathroom but you really can't beat it for the price and location. I definitely will be staying at this place from now on when I come down for visits.

We chose this because we needed a place on the water to keep rented boat by our relators office. Office staff was friendly and nice. Pool and outside are ok. Beds were comfortable and room was quiet. Rooms and especially bathrooms need a gut job! Will not stay here again unless rooms are remodeled!

Casa Loma is a wonderful place to stay. It is in an excellent location, close to some very nice restaurants. The hotel has a pool, BBQ's for your enjoyment, washer/dryers and a small gym to work out. The staff are professional, polite and very friendly. They are always there to assist with any request you might have. Milagro always made sure our room was neat, tidy and properly cleaned. We have already booked our 2018 vacation and are looking forward to another great stay. Book your stay with them today and enjoy a great vacation.
