We stayed here in October, which is after the tourist season. I would imagine that Porto would be different in July, however October was a nice time to visit. The hotel is basic, clean and quiet. The staff is friendly, and the breakfast is basic. The rooms all face the water, so you are treated to a sunset daily. If you have time, book a boat trip to Scandola Reserve, it's unique and well worth the time.

All the rooms have sea view and a balcony and have double glazing (so quiet for sleeping). Good and quiet air-conditioning. Refrigerator in the room. Friendly staff and clean.
The bed is standard length for France (1.90 meters), which is short if you are tall. The bed was reasonably comfortable.
The shower had good water pressure but the shower head is at about 1.50 meters so you have to kneel or take the shower nozzle into your hand to wash your hair.
The breakfast is cheap (10 euros) and simple.
Excellent location.
Paid parking nearby for 4.50 euros per day.
For this rate (95 euros) definitely recommended to stay in Ota Porto.

Nothing bad to say about Les Flots Bleus. Nice clean rooms with private balconies and the location is good (at the end of the busy street on the water) with lots of parking out front. There is an elevator but you still have to climb stairs to get into the hotel which is a bit unfortunate if you have heavy luggage. Breakfast was pretty good.

Out of season the parking lots in front of the hotel are mainly free of place. Please note that between 9 pm and 10 am the parking is free of charges, otherwise it's 4 € per day (for a maximum of 4 days). On the ground floor is a bar and a restaurant only for lunch. Between the bar and the reception, 20 steps of a stairway. Elevator only from the reception to the first and second floors. But the staff is very helpful for luggage, so, don't worry. I had a room on the first floor with a huge terrace with 2 deck chairs (very useful for sunbathes in front of the Genuan watchtower. One negative point for me was the very slow internet connexion. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is OK for the price of 9.5€ per person. So, please expect croissants, danish pastry, baguette and marmelades, but forget bacon and eggs, which I didn't miss

Our motorcycle tour group stayed here - great views. Not much sound-proofing, but fortunately the noise from a few rooms abated at a reasonable hour. Breakfast was good. Moto parking space secure but limited in size to about 6 bikes.
