We stayed here in Dec 2016. I wanted to write a review a long time ago but couldn't find the time.I came to Casamia with family (me,my husband, father, mother and my 8 months old baby girl).We are from Malaysia. Usha was very friendly and helpful. When my daughter got flu during our stay, she offered some traditional herbal leaves that cured the flu. Her son and husband also very friendly and Usha's son can sing very well.Overall, she maintained a well-kept home stay. We enjoyed our stay there.

We stayed here for 3 days and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place is very clean and neat. The owner of the place Mrs Usha is a very warm and a courteous person. She served us some yummy breakfast and also guided us on the places that we can visit in fort Kochi. Princess Street is at a walkable distance from the homestay and mattacherry, jew street can be reached easily with the help of tuk tuk that u will find just outside the house.
Overall would definitely recommend this place if you are with family and looking for a place to stay in fort Kochi.

This is the second time i have stayed in CasaMia with Antony and Usha. The first him was about 7 years ago and I'm pleased to say nothing has changed. They are wonderful hosts and make you feel so welcome in fact i felt part of the family. Nothing is too much trouble and they were great at organising day trips and giving advice on places to visit and eat. Usha is also a wonderful chef and made lots of yummy breakfasts and evening meals for us. If you are visiting fort cochin i fully recommend you stay at Casamia for a unique and excellent trip.

Casa mia is a fantastic house. It is a very clean and cozy place to stay. Ucha (the owner) is a really nice and helpfull person. She helps us a lot to organize our visits around kochi. For sure that I would come back...

We loved our time at Casa Mia Homestay, the the highlight of our time in India. Usha our host was so kind and welcoming, and waited up late to greet us with some delicious juice on our arrival. She also made us a fantastic fresh breakfast everyday. The room was comfortable and clean, and the hotel was in easy walking distance to anything we wanted to visit nearby.
Usha also was a huge help, in helping us book a taxi pick up when we arrived, as well as calling travel agents to help us book a backwaters tour, and a train to Varkala. She also helped with recommending nearby restaurants. Thank you so much for your amazing hospitality!
