I reserved my guest from the States into this hotel weeks before and after an hour before check in time. Most hotels will try to hussle you to pay off the previous night but they were not like that. They were very couteous and elegant.
The hotel is Beautiful laid out with the space they have, and the rooms are a wonderful surprise. It was just big enough, mattress was great and the bathrooms well stocked and AC if you want or no AC at a slightly cheaper price. The breakfast was also a pleasant surprise with lots of variety! The hotelis located on the road but once inside you are hardly aware. It is just stones throw from Capital Shoppers mall so you can walk over and pick anything you may have forgotten, go to church nearby catholic, Muslim and protestant! You can walk right out and jump into public transport and vis versa yet still enjoy the beauty in the midst of city bustle!
And least but not least I loved the customer service, the ladies at the reception are amazing and I never regretted the choice will definitely return!

I have stayed at Casa Miltu three times in the past one year. I feel that as a small hotel they do their best to match the standards of high flyer hotels, especially on the quality of food and bedding. I went for the cheaper rooms but was happy with the value for money. Its also been good to know that if I had issues then I could contact the Director, Sarah, who was kind enough to call back and respond to issues immediately. I am happy and would go back again.

The hotel rroms are nice and cool it is also located near a shopping mall. hence making self shopping very easy and also promotes local self tour cause of the environment it is in, which is safe and with well paved roads.

Stayed at the Casa Miltu hotel for a week. The place is neat & clean. Is located in Ntinda Nakawa which is on top of a hill giving a beautiful panoramic view of the region. The location is about 8 kms from the city center (Nile Avenue) however has restaurants & shopping complexes around the place making it quite ideal choice. The breakfast buffet is great. The staff is ok not very warm & welcoming to be honest but that's fine. Great value for money. Thank you.

In the beginning the service was awful, but it got better with time.
The room was clean, had air conditioning, but was really tiny. King size bed and hot showers were a plus.
The location was very ideal for a walking tourist.
The food was nice for a decent standard hotel. It's a no-smoking hotel, so that was really really convenient for us.
The incense/ spray they used at the reception and in the housekeeping were terrible!!
