I read the review and regardless I ended up booking here. Everyone was right. It’s very Noisey! Only two floors of rooms and the rooftop floor.
It’s a great location but maybe for a night stay.
No hot water, no housekeeping in three days and noise. Paid only for location and nothing more.

The hotel is situated in the best area of the city, with restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and cultural places to visit (church, markets etc). Rooms are rather spacious and clean, nice rooftop bar. Special mention to Andres, very nice and helpful staff member !

This place does not qualify to be a hotel! The place is very proud of its roof top bar. The bar has a discotheque which is playing music until 3 am in the morning every day!
Due to the open space and thin walls you have to hear a very loud music in every room of this "hotel". No way to sleep at all!
In addition to very modest accommodations and loud music through the night, the AC unit is installed above the bed, and is dripping water on your heads!
We barely waited until morning and immediately checked out. You can use this place only if you manage to sleep right next to a speaker playing music at 100 decibels.

Not a good idea to try to sleep in between a restaurant and a night club. Hotel area is not separated from zone accessible to clubbers so it is not only loud but does not feel safe either. Bathroom has no doors so it's open to the room making it uncomfortable and lacking privacy if there's more than two people and also can make the room even more damp.

Casco viejo is beautiful, my favourite spot in Panama City. Everywhere there is so expensive to stay but this is a much more affordable option. The staff were very friendly. The room was small, but very new, comfortable and clean. There was no door to the toilet which I just don't understand. Its gross!
Yes, as other reviews say, it's incredibly loud at night, until 12-1 on a weeknight and about 3am on weekends. I still managed to sleep and having read the reviews I was prepared for this anyway.
Strong wifi.
Id stay there again.
