Clean apartment in central location

The location of this apartment is one of the best in the centre of Granada. It’s just a few minutes’ walk from the bus stop on Calle Gran Via de Colón behind the cathedral, it’s close to several restaurants and shops, it’s walking distance to both Albaycín and Alhambra (15-20 minutes). We had an apartment on the 3rd floor with two small balconies facing Plaza Bib-Rambla. Despite the central location and staying over a weekend, we were not disturbed by any noise from outside. We were met by Maria outside the front door at the agreed time to get the keys and other information. She was nice and helpful but could not answer our question about where to find a nearby minimarket to buy some food for breakfast, so we used the internet to find one. Just a few minutes’ walk from Plaza Bib-Rambra on Calle Párraga there is a Carrefour Express where we found what we were looking for. Wifi worked well. The apartment was clean and spacious and the kitchen had the equipment we needed (plates, glasses, cutlery etc). The bathroom had a proper shower cabin. The only negative was that the beds were too hard and the pillows too thick and hard for our preference.
Spacious apartment with great location

We stayed two nights in early October. The apartment was large, with a fully equipped kitchenette. Bathroom and shower were fine. The front door is not well marked, but the gentleman working at the restaurant next door was very helpful. "Just knock!"
Casa Palacio Lopez Daza is on Plaza de Bib Rambla, a large square just west of the Cathedral. The location was ideal - all sights are well within walking distance. I also enjoyed the area to the north, away from the more touristy areas. Lots of little squares with eateries and small grocery stores, families out and about.
The only issue we had was minor - just outside our window was a narrow alley with a few small tapas bars, and conversation went on till after midnight. But we closed the windows and were fine. We would definitely stay again.
Great apartment, great location

We have just returned from staying in the two bedroom apartment. It is ideally situated in the centre of the city really close to the cathedral in a lovely square. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need and was very comfortable. The living room and both bedrooms opened onto small balconies overlooking the square. The bedrooms are a really good size and the kitchen has everything you need (not just a small one you find in some apartments.) You have to let the owners know roughly when you are arriving and they arrange to meet you with keys and show you the apartment. They are very helpful and it is fine to contact them if you need any help during your stay. This is a busy square with lots of restaurants and can be noisy but you don't notice this in the apartment, the soundproofing is very good when the doors are closed. Highly recommended, hoping to visit again.

Strategic place for shopping, eating and near to public transport access. Room was very cosy, beautiful and clean. Well equipped with everything u need and price was really affordable. However, we had difficulties when communicating with the owner as she unable to speak english.

This hotel is really an apartment - don't expect hotel service as you won't get it. That said, it was very charming, a largish, old school studio oasis with plenty of room, closets, a kitchen area with all the cooking tools if you were so inclined, and a nice large bathroom.
There is an elevator, but the hallways and stairs are decorated with all manner of charming artifacts and antiques, so well worth walking up and down to see them.
Located centrally to all the sights and shopping on a lovely busy square full of restaurants, you are located right behind the Cathedral, and a few minutes from the bus stop to and from the airport.
The check in is similar to an airbnb rental, where someone meets you at an appointed time, gives you the keys and runs you through the basics. In this case our man was friendly and gave me his # in case we had any questions during our stay.
The only drawback to our specific room was that it was on a side alley, with a local tapas joint 2 stories below - quite noisy unit very late and redolent with kitchen smells. Luckily they were not open on the 2nd day, Sunday, so we could keep the windows open that night. For that reason later the 1st day I texted our man and asked for the a/c control, which being Oct 1 they take out of the room, as it cools down at night. It was kindly left at our front door, but in the end we did not use it, just closed the window until I woke up during the night and re-opened it, post restaurant closing.
I highly recommend staying here, not only to get a local, "as if you lived here" experience but a very nice room and stay as well.
