Maria Jose is the administrator and she was super helpful and make my stay a wonderful experience. Her staff is also very nice, super polite. Breakfast was very good with different fruit every day. The hotel is small but charming, clean and it is very close to Plaza de la Trinidad, which is very active. Very good experience.

Perfect location in the old part of the town, just 10 min walk from the center. less touristic area, without other hotels, with more domestic people which is really charming.
Nice plaza on 50 met away with many cafe bars and small restaurant with decent price, excellent atmosphere. Hotel is just perfect, only six rooms, very quite, with roof pool. Excellent breakfast which is preparing fresh only for you. Great and polite staff.Great value for money.

Located right beside busy plaza and restaurants. Rooms were beautiful and comfortable, great value for money. staff so helpful and friendly.Would defiantly stay again, stood out as the best accommodation on a 3 week backpacking holiday.

Stayed here fir 2 nights then 1 night either side of a trip to Baru. Laura and her staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful, marking up a local map with restaurants and sites around Cartagena. The hotel itself is a converted old house in Getsemane, just a few doors down from the church and its little plaza which is a great social hub for families and music, street food and general good times - can be a bit noisy if you aren't into that though. Rooms were airconned, comfortable and well finished with decent shower room with wc. Loved staying here and it is a great base to wander Cartagena which is a beautiful city.

The first thing is to realize where this hotel is - Getsemani. We are experienced travelers, but we are also grandparents. We took a wonderful tour of Colombia with Odysseys Unlimited, which we highly recommend. The tour ended in Cartagena, where we wanted to add a couple of extra days. On the recommendation of the son of a friend we chose Casa Santa Ana. So - he's a generation younger! If you are up for an area full of hostels and bars, a noisy central square, and dozens of backpackers, but you want a luxurious spot in the middle of all this - it's for you!
