difficult to find in one of the city centres narrow streets - even our taxi driver was unsure! However the central location makes it worth 2/3 day stay. Big room large bathroom and clean. No view but par for the course in city hotels. breakfast was ok first morning - usual fare but second morning we gave up. too crowded. No problem as there are loads of options nearby. NO CAR PARK. And no nearby parking. We took the coach up from Malaga - 2hours ish. No rail link yet. The cathedral is nearby and many plazas with restaurants cafes and shops.There is more to Granada than the Alhambra Palace!

We stayed for two nights in a triple room it was so tight and no space , towels were not clean and we asked to change it . The room and the stairs do not smell good and not well ventelated the room has no window it is only in the bath
The air condition only produces noise but no cooled or fresh air , noisy we here the steps of anyone on the stairs .
The breakfast buffet is good and location is excellent

The property is within reach of all you need and all you want to see: Alhambra, Cathedral, etc.
It's in the narrow one-way one-car street, so you have to be fast to unload you stuff. The staff in the hotel almost does not speak English, not saying about Ukrainian, Polish, Russian, even Italian. When we arrived, we were given 4-bed room instead of room for 2. Other 2 rooms that we booked for 3 women and 3 men were not prepared, towels were lacking, and we ran around asking for that. Pretty crazy experience.

Booked the room from Hotels.com, and from the pictures there it looked alright. Upon arrival the room was small with a small bed and the service on the hotel wasn´t as expected.
The only upside was the location, but bet you can find much better hotels for the same price in the same area.

I've never given a horrible review. This is the first. I've travelled a lot with my family and have seen bad places but this one tops the list. The location is great, being just steps away from Zara and other nice shops. Service and accommodations are horrible. Our room was clean but had no blankets. Good thing too... cause the air conditioning was broken. The room was like a sauna. I believe the staff knew this but played it off as if it was a surprise to them. Of course they could do nothing about it. If you need a place just a little better than going camping, book here. Otherwise go somewhere else.
