I had originally booked the town house but when we checked in we were offered a room in the hotel which we accepted rather than walk down the road for breakfast.
Our room was looking out over the sea & a small derelict church it was gorgeous & very peaceful.
On arrival we got a complimentary scone & hot drink, the scone was freshly baked & delicious.
As we were attending a wedding we were unable to sample the sea food at the hotel which was a great pity as the menu looked so good, breakfast was excellent.
Staff were lovely & very friendly, I can imagine how beautiful Casey's would be in the Summer.

If you are looking for a peaceful, beautiful place and gracious hosts, this place is for you! The staff is extremely welcoming and upon arrival we were greeted by the owners who could not be more friendly and welcoming. We had a view of the water which was outstanding! The Tea room is lovely and the seafood dinner was exceptional! Try the mussels you will not be sorry. We are sorry to leave it is an outstanding place to stay!

We spent 3 nights at this excellent hotel in West Cork. The rooms are spacious and comfortable . Good selection of TV and WIFI was great.
The food was top quality and the big breakfast lasted me until dinner time
The hotel has its own mico brewery with some interesting beers.

From our first welcome to our leaving, all the staff at Casey's were charming and helpful -- and forgiving of my bad sense of humour.
Our highlight has to be the food -- tasty chowder, a wonderful seafood platter, meaty Brill and a moist, flavourful 770g Black Sole (not all at one sitting...). Fresh and tasting of the sea. Magic.
The bar was very warm and cosy and I was tempted by Sherkin Lass -- one of the local brews made on site. It was so good, it cut down my intake of the Black Stuff.
Oh, and Pogues whiskey and music and singing...
Our room was comfortable and warm, pleasantly decorated.
There is the attractive village of Dún na Séad (Baltimore) -- surprisingly busy with sea trips, kayaking and water sports -- and the wonderful West Ireland coast just a step away.
Thoroughly recommended.

My wife and two younger teens stayed here for one night this summer. The hotel was older but the rooms were well appointed and clean. There was no elevator - so it was nice to have some teens with us to get our heavy luggage up the stairs.
The hotel rooms were nice, clean, quiet and comfortable, everything I am looking for in a hotel. The hotel restaurant was excellent too.
