We ended staying here at the last minute after El Calzador unilaterally cancelled our booking a few days before our check-in (despite our booking and deposit paid for a month in advance), and I am glad we went to Casta Diva.
I must say, the service from this establishment is excellent. Staff often went out of their way to make us comfortable. We had the 2 rooms in the middle of the house, and they are in need of a bit of an update. The bedrooms are good, but the bathrooms are still in the late 80's/early 90's. The bedrooms also have a very ineffective panel heater (there are other rooms with brilliant inverter aircons, and those are the ones you should try and book), and the room I had, had a bathroom light switch which was controlled from the main house, so I had to often tell the staff to turn on the light. Be that as it may, I believe that a small bathroom renovation is a small fix away to an otherwise excellent location. The one thing that does always make a stay memorable is the staff, and this is where Casta Diva really showed its class. Staff were friendly and always accommodating. We had an early start at the medical university the next morning and were up late doing some work. The heaters in the room were not very effective in keeping the room warm, but the staff really tried to make us comfortable, and even offered us another room. This level is service is highly commendable, because I try to judge service on how well staff handle difficult situations, and the staff at Casta Diva did well. The location, and surrounding grounds were also very comfortable and picturesque.

I was enchanted ,place is exquisite ,friendly and warm atmosphere great entertainment.Amazing views.Friendly staff pleasant warm atmosphere.live life and enjoy the moment.

Casta Diva is amongst my top places to visit for an evening of sophisticated dining with friends or stay over in their uniquely stunning rooms. So much to absorb in terms of nature, art, decor! An unforgettable experience! Thank you & see you soon!

The rooms and the service was very good. Up to standard to the boutique hotel. There are 2 comments that I would like to do in order to improve you place which is fantastic.
1) The WIFI connection was not working good, or maybe it was not strong enough in the cottage we were staying, struggling every time to connect. You must consider that Internet connect is indispensable now a days, specially for foreign people traveling overseas.
2) The cottage we stayed was very nice and conformable, but the path to the cottage needs a little bit more of lightening or signing. On a raising night we struggle to find our way there.
