Comfortable..clean...ideal for our stay here. Host very friendly and would recommend! Good location. Local shop nearby should you need! Happy enough to walk into town but short taxi ride if you prefer. Thoroughly enjoyed night here.

Last minute stay and choice was limited. Owner acted like he was doing us a favour letting us book a room, which wasn't cheap ! He kept walking off when we were asking questions and didn't bother to take us to our room. Room was smelling musty like someone had smoked in there. Shower dirty with hairs around plug and over the sink. Stains on the carpet and inside of kettle filthy. We asked to be moved but owner denied there was anything wrong. As it was late, we had no choice but to stay, we asked for some of our money back but owner just laughed at us. We decided to leave early the next morning as we had hardly slept on the lumpy bed. I sprayed deodorant wen I got out of the shower and next thing the fire alarm went off ! The owner pounded on the door and spoke to us like dirt about the alarm. He said that no deodorant should be sprayed in the rooms ! I've never heard such rubbish !! We skipped breakfast and got out of there as soon as we could. ! A grubby b&b with a horrible owner ! Drive straight passed this one, trust us !

a very clean and well decorated guest house, close to the railway station and the town centre,on the main Bristol to Weston super mare bus route, clean rooms excellent breakfast, and the owner Darren is a great chap.

We opted for a two night stay at this guest house and would heartily recommend to others. The Silver Commended award on the website speaks for itself! The proprietor Darren was very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome, the room was nice and included all the basic amenities you'd need, breakfast was well prepared and just what you need to give you a boost of energy for the day ahead. Really couldn't speak highly enough of this place. Would defo visit again in the future.

Very small basic room..however, very clean and bed comfortable.. if creaky on every move. Poor quality sausages for breakfast, but plenty to eat. Owner pleasant and helpful. Our room was at the back and was very noisy from heavy traffic and trains.
