Everything was wonderful
kellyskllon 21/11/2017 19:53Attended my college graduation at the hotel last week. From the graduation ceremony, the reception afterwards, our room, overnight stay , dinner and drinks in the bar and breakfast, everything was great. The hotel was exceptionally busy during the graduation and the staff were wonderful and coped so well with a very large crowd from very early in the day. Every staff member we had contact with was so pleasant professional and helpful, even when the hotel was very busy. The hotel ever honoured a lower rate for our room that the college had arranged, even though I had booked previous to this at a higher rate. Dinner in the bar later that evening was lovely, food came exactly as we requested even when we asked to make slight change to the menu. Room was spotless and lots of space. Breakfast was very busy , as you would expect on a Saturday morning and the staff didn't stop but still pleasant and helpful. I never post review but felt it fair to do so on this occasion given we were so happy with everything.

josepholivermon 13/11/2017 17:22We visited this luxurious hotel to have a pre-concert meal before going to the University of Limerick Concert hall to enjoy a concert given by The Voices of Limerick choir.
The hotel is just across the road from the university.
The hotel was busy, but the staff were extremely efficient, so we had no delays. The staff were very attentive, a table was quickly made ready for the two of us, and menus brought. We both chose Red Thai Chicken Curry. This was faultless. Generous helpings of curry sauce packed with delicious chicken, poppodums and Basmati rice.
As this was preconcert and we were watching time, we had planned to have only the main course; just as well, in a way, because it was so satisfying that it was just the right amount for a pre concert meal.

The food was very good and a large choice of food. The hotel was very busy but service was very good. Staff very friendly and helpful.
