This hotel is located in a big shopping center, one of the first I have encountered. Right next to it is a large supermarket, and if you need to do any shopping, it is very convenient. The breakfast buffet is a little sad, we skipped it and went to town for a traditional breakfast of Churros and Tortilla Española. Rooms are okay, could be a little noisy if it is a Friday or Saturday night.

Hotel and shopping mall together was unexpected but worth it if it's a good bed and shower in need without the usual cute and cramped experience . The complex is aging but a competitive offer all the same

The hotel is in a retail park and cost 21€ from viana by taxi. Staff were lovely but 3 buffets later I (lunch, dinner, breakfast) I was ready for a change. The receptionist was exceptionally helpful. This is probably more a big group / business hotel than the pilgrim on the Camino! I feel I missed out on the buzz of the town but easier to rest here than spend on taxis.

It took us a while to find this hotel, our GPS didn't have it on "hotels" but since I had read the reviews I knew it was in a shopping mall, so at last we found it. Very strange location, but the plus is free parking and plenty of it. Staff in reception even spoke English. Room was VERY hot. The A/C was off, when we arrived and when we left the room for dinner, it turned off. So the night was a sleepless one because of the heat. So ask for two keycards and leave one in the slot by the door (don't know what it is called) Breakfast ok. Stayed only one night.

We stopped off here, as it was a good point before returning to the port for the ferry home and it was also situated in the Rioja region. The hotel is situated within a shopping mall, that was largely shut on our arrival (it was a Spanish bank holiday), so there was even more parking than normal (and there is loads of parking).
The receptionist spoke excellent English, was very helpful and even got us into our room a little early (the journey had not taken as long as I thought it would). We had pre-ordered a local Rioja for our room, which did take a little while to arrive but the receptionist did seem to be on his own (it was a bank holiday after all) and it was a very good bottle of wine.
The rooms were adequate - the bed was comfortable and the AirCon worked well. However there was an issue with the toilet seat (not fully attached) and the towel rail was also broken (not attached at all). The restaurant was empty and did not display a menu, so we headed next door to eat at Mr Woks both nights. The breakfast in the restaurant was adequate and at least had freshly ground cappuccino.
The nearby Hypermarket was perfect for loading the car with Spanish goodies before heading home.
The location is great for visiting Logrono and the surrounding Rioja region. I would use it again for that reason but it would not be my first choice.
