We stayed at the hotel over the New Year's eve/Christmas holiday. It was alright, but the walls were so thin we could hear our neighbours murmur, talk and their TV. Bathroom had a quite good standard, but the king size bed was two queens with wheels so they pulled away all the time - not very romantic. The bed was also hard and not so comfortable. We had a balcony facing Teide which was very nice. The pool was bad, but the pool drinks were even worse. We rather went to the pool area outside the hotel and paid to get in. The wifi was pretty good though.

stayed in room 515 , it was not clean hairs in bath and on bathroom floor also stains.we stay in puerto a lot but this is the first time in the vegas.it is so dated in total need of a refurb. the hotel next door (valley mar ) puts it to shame and thats a 4 star...on a good view ,the view was good ( paid extra for)tv had uk programs, an the food was very good.but in overall needs a lot of t.l.c.

This is a great value for money hotel, well situated on the front with easy access to all the amenities, room was spacious with comfy beds and kept clean, staff always friendly and smiling, we stayed here half board and cannot complain about the food, great choice for breakfast and evening meal, if you come away from the dining room hungry then you are too fussy. We paid extra for a sea view room and it was well worth it with great views of the Atlantic.Overall this hotel exceeded our expectations for the price and I would definitely return.

This hotel is situated in a good position, bus stop outside, shops, bars & restaurants all around and just opposite the Lido on the sea front. The room was spacious and clean & the TV has English channels which is a bonus. We stayed on B&B basis and the breakfast was very good had lots of variety. The pool area is nice and had lots of sun beds so you did not have to get up early to get one. This is a lovely hotel and would definitely recommend staying here.

Myself and Husband visited for a week on a half board basis from 23rd May with Thomson. On arrival we were shown to our Premium room on a Higher floor, we had a really lovely interesting seaview room. The room also had lots of space, the balcony was spacious and a nice spot to chill out day or night. The staff were all helpful and friendly and the hotel was always spotlessly clean. The food was of a high standard, and lots of choice. The only thing I would suggest to the Hotel is at evening meal on a half board basis we had expected to purchase wine etc, but were surprised that we even had to purchase water if we wanted anything to drink, the coffee and tea machines were turned off and only available when we had breakfast. We loved the position of this Hotel on the promenade, an easy stroll to the Harbour and old Town as well as next to taxi and bus services. We would definatly return to this Hotel.
