I stayed here for 4 nights from the 10th November till the 14th November. I stayed in a premium room on the 8th floor looking the pool and a fantastic sea view. Got seen at reception nice and quick upon my arrival at the hotel. Got checked in and got my wristband, etc! Took the lift to the 8th floor and made my way to my room. What a room it was when I got in there. A fantastic king size bed and was really comfortable. A nice big balcony with great views and a nice sun trap sitting there. Get a knock at the door with a bottle of water and a bowl of all different fruit and got chocolates delivered to the room every evening. The pool was bigger than it looked in the photos, which was an added bonus. Good selection of drinks from the bars. Can help yourself with soft drinks also. Food in the restaurant was a nice selection and different options everyday with all the different themes. Only downside with the food was from the snack bar during the day. It was okay, but was like canteen food so wasn’t overly hot. But okay for a snack I suppose. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The lifeguard on duty was always smiling and talking to people around the pool. She even thought I was Spanish when I said Hola! One of the lifts broke during the day, but it got really quick from their maintenance team at the hotel. There was entertainment on era night at the show bar and there was a sports bar downstairs also. There was Tui (Thomson) staff around by reception anytime I walked past during the day. As I was only there for 4 nights chilling out I didn’t go to the welcome meeting or need to speak to them. Not much outside the hotel as in a more locals area of the island. I’d definitely come back here for a holiday in the sun and to relax.

another good visit at this hotel,our 3rd visit,busier than we expected but didnt stop us having a very enjoyable stay,staff are really good even when pushed to the limit,food and drink a plenty.never stop cleaning and just as well as i cant say the same for the people that cause the mess,we last visited in january and nit was looking a little tired but this time was in the process of being tidied up,got to say we got a bargain and will more than likely be back.

From start to finish i had a great time here with my 10 year old daughter and cant wait to return! Myself and my daughter Eve spent 10 nights here and have to say we enjoyed every minute of it. We met some amazing people and all the entertainment team worked very hard and had so much fun with the especially Tania, Renate & Aaron they are fantastic at what they do and cant wait to see them all again next year. All the staff were lovely and I can not fault this hotel especially for the price I paid.

Hotel was clean and staff freindly and helpful ..we usually prefer self catering ..we did AI due to cost and value as this was not our main holiday and reviews were in my opinion good ...Only complaint was some of the other guests who were rowdy loud and behaved like animals had no manners or etiquette ...

We stopped on an all inclusive basis, the food was surprisingly good, the staff excellent. The hotel is a little tired but kept very clean. The town is a lttle quiet but there are regular bus services and bus stops close by, Santa Cruz, 25 mins away, Los Cristianos 45mins by bus. Tip, buy bono (bus prepay ticket) from shop, it saves you 50% on trips over 20Km i.e Los Cristianos
