This hotel was perfect for a quick visit in Rome. It's very central, at the top of the Spanish steps, so it's super close to all the shopping and the tourist attractions. The room was very nice, quiet and clean and the staff was so friendly. I would definitely book this hotel again!

When my family visited this hotel in April, we had a very bad experience. This is a hotel with only six bedrooms, all on the ground floor. The caretaker is at the hotel only from 8 am to 2 pm. For breakfast, we get a voucher which we exchange in a cafe two streets away for a hot drink, a croissant and a juice. There is no lift and you have to carry your bags through many flights of stairs. Truly, I would never visit again. However the hotel is very central, on top of the Spanish steps.

Stayed 5 nights. Very central a few minutes walk from the metro and the spanish steps. Jay who looks after the place is very friendly and helpful. Room is spacious with a quirky bathroom. Clean towels every day. Beds soft but really comfortable. Noticed others had problems with wifi but we had great wifi. Really quiet place as there are only 6 rooms.Plenty of hot water. Tea/ coffee, fridge and safe in room. Air conditioning but it is controlled from reception. When you enter it looks like you're going down to the basement but it's on a very steep hill. Breakfast is served in a little bistro a couple of minutes away. It consists of tea/coffee, juice and fresh croissants. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a clean, comfortable and cheap place to stay.

The location of the guesthouse couldn't be any better, two minutes walk to the Spanish Steps up the road and five minutes walk to the Trevi Fountain and a variety of restaurants! Everything is walking distance from here! The owner is so friendly and helpful, often giving us tips and he couldn't do enough for us! He cleaned the room every day and carried our luggage to and from the taxi, a genuinely great host! The rooms are very clean and fully equipped, the beds are comfy and breakfast is served round the corner. We couldn't have a had a better stay and for such a good price too, we also felt extremely safe! I'd recommend anyone to stay here! We will definitely be returning!

The hotel cannot be termed a B&B nor is it a proper hotel. The hotel is entered through a door on the road which is difficult to find. Unless you have a taxi, you cannot reach it. The hotel itself is at a much lower level and is reached after going down a number of stairs. It is extremely difficult to carry the luggage down. The rooms however are cozy and good, although there are only six rooms. The breakfast is also found at a cafe two streets away. The only good thing is that the manager Jay is kind and friendly. However, I would preferably find a better hotel.
