I had a document mailed to this hotel and it had arrived a day before I checked in. The staff was attentive enough to get it and hand it to me, on the day that I arrived.
The hotel lobby was clean and spacious. My room was clean and had all of the amenities including free water bottle, each day that I stayed.
I only have two minor issues.
First, there was some constructions going on and my room was at the annex building behind the main one. So, it takes a while (walking) and across a long corridor to get to my room.
Second, the hotel restaurant doesn't open full time. So, I had to walk across 7 -10 blocks to get to the nearest restaurants.

1，沒有門房服務人員，前台服務人員態度良好熱誠。
2，房間空間大，房間佈置還可以，衛浴設備普通，但因酒店樓層太低，由房間窗戶外看風景只能見到後面的小山丘陵。
3，房間外頭有中庭、有沙發桌子，其空間大可供住客接待訪客使用。
4，ㄧ樓大堂中庭寬廣，但酒店佈置及使用不佳，致空間浪費了。
5，ㄧ樓大廳後的早餐用餐地點寬廣，但因菜色少、質量少差，致無人使用而浪費了美好的大空間。早餐餐廳的服務人員態度品質也是差到極點。
6，在二樓有通往菌香園餐廳的樓層走道，供住客前往消費並有優待的套餐，算是該酒店的優點之一。
Catic Hotel
1, there is no concierge service, front desk staff a good attitude enthusiasm.
2, room space, room layout can also be, sanitary equipment ordinary, but the hotel floor is too low, the room to see the scenery outside the window only to see the back of the hill hills.
3, a patio outside the room, a sofa table, its large space for guests to receive visitors use.
4, ㄧ floor lobby atrium broad, but the hotel layout and the use of poor, causing a waste of space.
5, ㄧ floor lobby after breakfast Dining options wide, but few dishes, less poor quality, causing no use wasting a beautiful large space. Breakfast quality service attitude is extreme poor.
6, in the second floor leading to bacteria Heung Yuen restaurant floor walkway for guest access to the consumer and have benefits packages, regarded as one of the advantages of this hotel.

I stayed one night in this hotel. Room is big enough. Bathroom is ok. Breakfast is really horrible. Eggs had some black flakes coming from the frying pan looks like. There were many guests but not enough food for breakfast . Some of the food was old. I never trust this hotel for food.
Staff was not polite. I was checked twice for breakfast entrance. Kind of embarrassing in front of other guests.

Let's say that the hotel is ok to a certain extent, however it is poorly located as far away of any night life (for a foreigner) and the English understa of the team is very limited. Hopefully I had no specific matter to handle, but only to have my laundry picked up and book a cab for a very early bird flight were quite challenging.
You'd better have Chinese knowledge or be accompanied by friends/colleagues who have such knowledge.
Last but not least, if you have a room with a street view, watch out for the noise!

Our reservation was made through hotels.com. when we arrived they could not locate our reservation. There were 3 staff on hand who spoke little to no English. I spoke with reservation agent and she said i had to pay for room. Long story short, had my daughter in states call hotels.com fixed the problem. really! Housekeeping staff was nice. Travel agent in lobby was the most helpful. Wi-Fi was not reliable. speaking Chinese will be very helpful. The only reason we booked was because of the hotels.com price. But after this experience i would have paid more to avoid the hassle of being told i have no reservation after showing staff proof of my reservation. And to end this, we weren't even told breakfast was available until reading other revues.
