This hotel nearby the highway is eady to reach and that is mostly it of bennefits. Rooms are poor, bed uncomfortable, bathroom very used, design horrible. Only breakfast and receptionist were nice. A pricy for the guality that offers.

I stayed there for two night duing my business trip and in general I could say that I was contented, the hotel seemed to me better I expected (based also on some reviews read before). Don´t expect any luxury, this place is simple. Unfortunately, there are some signs of not ideal maintenance and obviously some reconstruction would be useful. However considering this ´hardware´, the rest is OK. I mean, the staff is working quite well, all are very kind, the breakfast is with a wide choice, the Wi-Fi is working perfectly, there is also a minibar in the room, plus there is a very good internal restaurant.

We were booked into this hotel for 1 night with half board by Caminoways, the company which organised our Via Francigena walk. It is in a great location only minutes from the VF path and close to the centre of town.
Basic but clean room with a much appreciated small fridge. Dinner was served from 7pm and as we were weary from our walking we took advantage of this early dinner time (for Italy). We were offered a choice of 3 courses (no dessert or drinks) and the pasta entree with salmon and asparagus was delicious. We had steak and a turkey salad for our main courses accompanied by a lovely fresh salad.
Breakfast was a good buffet with plenty of choice.
Recommended especially if you're doing the Via Francigena walk.

Traditional hotel in a smaller village. Everything functioning as expected, but nothing special. Staff were helpful and good in English. Rooms were fine and clean. Quiet and close to the village center.

This was a rest stop for us for the night during our 14 day trip around Italy. The area the hotel is located is right on a busy street and looks a bit industrial. It was unusually hot for Italy, but upon walking into the lobby we were met with no air conditioning, only the breeze from the open lobby door. We were placed on the 3rd floor. Upon our walk up, I noticed paint peeling and very dirty stained carpeting. The 3rd floor was hot and stagnant. Our rooms were very basic, not like the picture. The back wall was painted, like the picture, but that was the only update. We were told the room would cool down in approximately 10 mins. After waiting for 2 hours in the lobby for our rooms to cool, it became apparent that it was not going to be anywhere near cool. The hotel staff tried to help in terms of making sure our air was on and checking on it; however, he could not make up for the fact it was super hot and unbearable. We never unpacked, but did drag all of our luggage down and went somewhere else. The hotel and dinner was already paid for and that was not worth dealing with the stifling heat! Will not return and do not recommend.
