We stay there for 8 days.The position is very good if you have children because is near to the otzia beach and has playground available for kids.
The staff was very helpful and friendly.
The room is big enough for a couple and a playpen.

Beautiful place to stay for several days, and not like most people that select Kea for just one weekend as the trip lasts almost one hour by the normal ferry from Lavrio port. Nice garden surrounding with coffee area, small bar, children playground and football space. Light happy colors and fully equiped for self catering needs. Very friendly and helpful owners always smiling and willing to provide additional information or extra services. Location almost on the sandy beach of Otzias and very close to visit Spathi, Gialiskari, Vourkari, Korissia, Xyla, and Ioulis core town. When north winds appear you better drive to Koundouros area but this is almost 40 min. Tasty delicious food in most local taverns. Logical accommodation price for families with max4 members. Definitely worth to revisit.

Spent 4 days with friends. 3 families. Very nice place and very close to the beach. Clean, nice playground for the kids. Free wifi. I will definitely go back.
The seaside in front of the rooms was very nice with sand and not very deep so the kids could play.
Very close a very nice tavern with verb nice food
All the staff were polite and very helpful.

It's located across Otzias beach and I consider it's the best place to stay especially if you are a family with kids. The rooms/ small apartments are just what you need when you are on summer vacations. The owner, ms Marianna, is very helpful and friendly. Kids enjoyed the yard and the playground. The beach was just 10 steps from our room. The area is tranquil enough and there are two taverns and a small kiosk nearby.

We stayed at Cavo Perlevos for several days in May/June 2016, for a workshop with Daughters of Themis: International Network of Female Business Scholars. It was absolutely fantastic! Nikos and his family took great care of us all from the first day - fetching us in two cars when we arrived by ferry, and making sure that we had everything we needed when we checked in and during our stay.
Two of our party had forgotten items (a charger and a mobile phone) at NJ Apartments in Lavrio, where we spent the night before coming out to Kea with the ferry, and thanks to the most fantastic level of service from both guesthouses, these items were sent out on the next ferry, and picked up by Nikos for us!
We had help with all we needed with transport when we wanted to go out and see more of the Island, with helpful suggestions about where we should go, and with trappe and freddo cappucino served whenever we wanted throughout our long workshop sessions - which we had outdoors, around a magnificent stone table.
I stayed at an apartment that was of a good standard, lovely and light, no problems with any equipment, and the sweetest cleaning lady who came every day to do the washing-up, clean and check if I needed fresh towels or anything else. My colleagues stayed in studios, which I also understood to be very good. We all agreed whole-heartedly that we will have our workshop there next year as well!
