The hotel is modern (its architecture and the interior of the rooms) and is located in Bresso, about 8 km from Milan Central Station. A free shuttle service is available from / to the nearest metro stations and Milan Central Station. Pont: Book the first time you want to stay at this hotel and transfer to the hotel by phone call at the hotel; so avoid the time spent searching for the hotel.
The hotel offers free parking.
The rooms of the hotel are large and clean, with air conditioning, all necessary for the bathroom and free internet in the room, as well as inside the hotel. The quiet and secluded area on the bed makes you have a good night's sleep.
Breakfast is rich based on hot drinks (coffee, tea), juices, mineral / mineral water, sausages and pastries.
Tip: Generally at low-priced hotels that have a low price and are in the center of Milan, you will definitely get only croissants and weaker accommodation
The kindness of the staff is another strength.

We just got back from our stay and quite honestly, this is a nice hotel. We read all the reviews before booking, and we were left uncertain as there were both good and bad reviews.
The truth is that reviews are all down to personal experience. Don't get put off by the negative reviews as what we found is that if someone is fussy then they'll find things to complain about regardless of where they are.
The Hotel : clean, modern decor, a bit bland in my personal opinion but it doesn't take anything away from the hotel.
No coffee or tea making facilities in the room, so if that's a big thing for you then heads up.
Breakfast is ok. Nothing fancy but does the job. Mainly continental with some hot options ( eggs and sausages )
Staff: they were all friendly and helpful. We never had any issues. We were polite to them and they showed the same respect back. I think people sometimes forget that to get respect you need to give it. No one likes a bad attitude.
Location: the reviews are true, it's not near the city. Options include taxi, public transport or hire car.
We opted for public transport which was fine. There's a bus stop around the corner that takes you to the tube station, where it's one train to the city . 25 - 30 minutes travel time all in all. And it's cheaper by public transport. €4.50 for an all day train pass. 83 bus to Comasina, then get on the tube there and it's one train to Duomo which brings you out in the city.
There's lots to see in the city and different restaurants. Lots of designer shops so if that's your bag then you're in for a treat.
All in all, it's a nice hotel and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it as long as the above sit ok with you :)

The Neo hotel in Bresso is very modern and clean, however, the reception staff were unhelpful and ignored us waiting at the desk on several occasions. Only one male member of staff was friendly and made lovely coffee.
The hotel is not ideally situated in respect of the city centre or the Malpensa airport and transfers quoted were 90 euros, to access the city centre we had to take a bus then the Metro. The hotel does offer a free shuttle to the centre but that is subject to availability and it does not run 24hrs.

This the second time for the second year but i think first time was better as the prices was lower and the rooms were beside each other i understand that we made last minute booking but overall it is good hotel with clean room the house keeping not cleaning the room very well in every day and the bathroom supplements not same, some time provide vegan soap which i like it and one day more shampoo and the other not but they are cooperative with any thing we asked. The air con was good and the shower was very good also. The breakfast was really disappointed in the two visit i did not like it even when they claimed they improved it this year.

We stayed two nights here. The hotel is modern & has parking both in an underground area & next to the hotel. This was free - which was a nice bonus. The room was nicely furnished but there were no drawers in which to place any clothing. There was a mini-fridge, safe & a place to hang clothes though. The bathroom was a little compact & unfortunately during our stay, the drains were really smelly which made our room quite smelly too. Breakfast was great - a varied choice including cereal, fruit, toast & cornetti as well as scrambled eggs & bacon. The breakfast staff were very attentive & kept the whole breakfast area very clean & well stocked. The only small quibble was that some rooms face an inner courtyard where there are several tables & chairs. This is a lovely feature in warmer weather but I could hear the piped music out there & the guests' conversations until late in the evening. To be fair, the hotel stopped the music & access outside by 11.30pm but if I had wanted an early night, this would not have been possible.
