Clean place but old furniture and old style, good location near Air port & Robinson department store, easy to shopping and see movie.
Nice staff and support, appreciate they try to help for plan trip travel surrounding Mae Sot. Good service & Courtercy
Swimming pool good but many children in evening, they open for public not only for Hotel guest.

I stayed 6 nights at the Centara, the first 2 nights were very pleasant, got a good deal ( 800 baht pn). But the 3th night wifi was not working and I had a leakage in the room.
Changed rooms but this room was far less good, could hear the neighbours talk, tv was not working well and wifi very slow. They could not fix it. Overall a pleasant hotel with very reasonable prices for food.

Very nice and very helpful and pleasan't staff and i Thank them all for there help .Speacil Thanks to Ms Busara Thano and also Concierge and my driver for there help .They have a bus and Driver that you can hire out for the day .He will take you on Tours Waterfalls /Hot springs..ect..and its very cheap ..IThe concierge are very helpful and respectful like the rest of the staff good peaple .They have a buffet Breakfast which is big and they have a chef there to cook fried Eggs/Omletts .I am a Vegetarian and they had Vegetarian food there .Allways fresh fruit and vegetables and juices each morning ..So full afterwards ..The rooms are always clean and the ladies /men that make your room up are nice and thoughtful .There got a pool /Bar a very deep pool on one side maybe 10/12feet deep and they have a Gym ...

Stayed two nights here and enjoyed. I think some money could be spent on refurbishment of bathrooms. Staff delightful to deal with, and very helpful. Breakfast is a very good spread. Brand new shopping centre right across the road. Pool area well looked after. Beds were comfortable. Big hotel. Lovely wood work throughout the building.

Thanks for letting us in before normal check in time.it is very quite, clear place , surrounded by mountains. There's a big swimming pool and tennis court. There are numerous dishes to choose for breakfast. There are two big shops near the hotel: Robinson and Makro.
