Over all decent stay.It was a business trip to Chandigarh...Very decent staff..I check in late night but they have arranged food..I specially thank to Aman for his candid and helpful nature.Food quality is good.Room size might be concern but overall pleasing stay..

Despite being located in the popular Sector 17, it is a little far from the main market so reaching this place may be a little inconvenient. It is an average property with basic rooms and service. The common balcony outside the rooms is green and pretty but then again, since it is common, you may feel a little uncomfortable knowing that other guests can step outside as well, leaving you with little to no privacy. We didn't enjoy the quality of food here so better to go outside for a meal. Although they claim to provide free wifi, we did not receive the password despite requesting again and again so we gave up on it!

My boyfriend and I didn't enjoy our stay at all.
Firstly, when we arrived, instead of putting us in Hotel Central Park 17, as per my booking, they showed us to the Hotel Corporate Inn a couple of doors down and said it was the same. It wasn't the same- it's rated 5.4 vs Hotel Central Park's 6.8 on here with far fewer reviews. I wouldn't have looked twice at that hotel. The room stunk of cigarette smoke, there were hairs on the already dirty and ripped sheets and pillows and everything just felt filthy. We said we weren't happy so they 'upgraded' us in the same hotel. The room was marginally better but also smelt of cigarette smoke (despite a member of staff coming in to spray air freshener which did very little). I complained again and miraculously they found a room in the original hotel that I had booked in, Hotel Central Park 17. Whilst this was an improvement on the other hotel, the room ('upgraded' again apparently) wasn't as per the description. The 'flat-screen TV with satellite channels' had very few channels that actually worked, there was no sign of the 'electric kettle and a minibar included'. The wifi didn't work in the room. The room was right next to the kitchen which meant we could hear loud crashing around of crockery late at night (11pm) and again early in the morning.
We were staying for one night in Chandigarh as a stop over and by no means expected luxury (we expected the 6.8 rating we'd booked) but it was far lower than that, i suggest not to stay here at all.
I feel I should also say there was one man on reception who was helpful and arranged the final room swap. The rest of them were quite unhelpful and rude.

Hotel Central Park 17 is located right in the heart of the down town area of Chandigarh. The hotel is worth around the 1700 rupee mark and you can usually find this rate without too much hassle. Book online to get the best deal as the walk in rate can be quite steep.
The hotel has a nice balcony area and the rooms are a decent size with cable tv and good internet access. The staff are incredibly friendly and there is a ice cream parlour right down stairs. Ubers sometimes have a tough time finding the hotel but out of the 12 or so we took only 2 got a little lost.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights on a business trip to Chandigarh. The location of hotel is good. Hotel in integral part of a building. Rooms are ok, I found them a bit small. Amenities in the room are also ok. Bathrooms are clean. Wifi was not upto the mark. Food quality was good. The staff was helpful and offered reasonably good service. I would recommend this hotel for its location. Good for business travelers, not recommended for family.
