We had a very enjoyable stay at Hotel Centrale. The hotel has old world charm, is in a good location close to shops and restaurants and it has a lovely garden. The staff were very helpful and friendly. On the day we left the young man at the desk very kindly carried our suitcases down the stairs to the main street, that was a bonus to us! The breakfast was good, cereal, yogurt, bread, meat and cheese etc. Although our room was small, it was well appointed, very clean and the bed was comfortable.
We would certainly stay at Hotel Centrale again and would happily recommend it to family and friends.

We booked here for four nights based on the reviews of the great service. Upon arrival, we realized how quick of a walk from the ferry dock it was (2 minutes max), and that made each day easier since we left Bellagio every day to go explore. The room was small, as expected, but came with a small balcony, and our room was located next to the large terrace, where we sat one night and listened to live music playing down on the main road. Breakfast was just average, but had fruit and yogurts, so having something fresh always helps. The service was great; everyone offered answers to questions, printing of train tickets, attempted to call for a dinner reservation, etc. Sometimes, sacrificing breakfast foods is worth it when you have people helping you navigate a trip!

This is a great family fun hotel in the heart of Bellagio. Easy walk from ferry to hotel so you can easily visit other cities on the lake while staying here, and also easily walk to the shops and restaurants in Bellagio.
Hotel has a lovely garden when you walk in and lake views from certain rooms. There's an elevator in the building but you'll want to be prepared to hike up some stairs to get to the hotel since it sits on a hill.
Service was excellent. Family spent time to show us to our room and also went above and beyond to ensure we had breakfast the morning we left, even through we were heading out before the breakfast start time. Highly recommend for the value for anyone visiting Bellagio!

We had a fabulous stay. It was my husband's 50th birthday and he was surprised with Prosecco strawberries and home made biscuits.Much appreciated.Nothing was too much trouble and we had smiley cappuccinos served every morning.loved the courtyard

Such a friendly welcoming hotel. Lovely staff and a large comfortable room. The hotel is reasonably priced and close to shops, restaurants, the lake and ferries. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend it to others.
