The hotel is located a few minutes walk from the city center, on the other side of the railroad tracks -- just next to the train station. As is common to the area, the staff speaks little to no english, receptionists being the most capable in this.
The restaurant staff seemed to be less fortunate in this.
Tried the restaurant for dinner once. Our group was disappointed. The service was terribly slow and food really was not on par with the price. Didn't try that again.
Breakfast, served at the same restaurant, was nothing special either, but was adequate by all means.
Wifi in the hotel worked very poorly.
Abundant parking space for those travelling by car.
As can be read by the replies the manager gives to these reviews, the hotel might get a lot better if the management first changed their attitude.

It is like going back to 80's ... Soviet Union. Strange place. Seemed almoust empty. Old fitted carpets, beware if you have allergies. Shower booth is tiny, almoust impossible to get in and out. For a larger person it would be impossible to take a shower. Breakfast is very limited. Location is OK.

We visited during the holiday season at the beginning of January which may explain why this was nearly empty, to our benefit! The price was the lowest we had a 4-country tour of Europe and the accommodations were among the best!! this must be a new resort or perhaps no one goes there during the holiday. but if you are going try to check this out

The hotel is located adjacent to the Railway Station and is within walking distance to the town centre via a tunnel through the railway station. The rooms were a good size, however there was an odour, we think, coming from the carpet. The air-conditioning was set to heat and cooling wasn't an option, according to the staff. The breakfast had a wide range of choices including cereals, cold meats, cheeses, pastries and breads. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Some what disappointed with the look and location of the hotel, not sure I would stay again.

The hotel has all of what it promises and is probably the most international option available in Campobasso. That said it somehow falls short of what it promises, even if the friendly staff make up for some of its shortcomings. Probably more geared towards receiving large groups for conferences rather than tourists. As an example, good selection of TV channels in the room, but the TV has a small screen, fairly under modern hotel standards. It is located across the street from the train station and in one corner of Campobasso (even if Campobasso is a small location). I would still recommend it, certainly for anyone travelling by rail and probably for others. The staff are friendly and will give you good advice, The hotel surprised me by hosting the Argentine flag during my stay, a nice detail. Last but not least the restaurant is good, both for dinner with nice both sophisticated and simple options as well as for breakfast witha nice spread of local delicacies-
