Lovely, cosy little homestay! Great rooms with AC, fan and TV and comfortable bed. Plus wifi that actually works! The staff are brilliant, so welcoming, very helpful and happy to recommend things to do and book for you. The free breakfast is big and delicious! The roof terrace is a great place to chill out, you can help yourself to the kitchen and fridge. I felt very much at home and relaxed would definitely recommend to anyone as it is great value for money where you feel totally safe and comfortable whilst exploring the area
Basic but very clean, friendly and cheap

Very simple but spotless rooms, relaxing terrace, more like a B&B than a family homestay, as we only met 3 men. Far from 'luxury' but the owners could not have been more welcoming, friendly and obliging and offered plenty of advice without being "hard-sell".
Very Good

A good place to stay, the breakfast included was never mentioned! but at the price I negociated then perhaps it would have been pushing it, initially stayed for about 4 nights then travelled by motorcycle for the next 2 weeks and the guesthouse kindly looked after my holdall whilst away, would definately recommend this place and stayed another 4 nights before the end of my trip. and they don't mind what time you arrive or leave!
make sure you have a decent a/c unit.
Wonderful!

We arrived without a booking, but luckily there was room for us. The room was clean and quite with a clean bathroom, with a wonderful hot shower. Breakfast is up on the roof terrance and is freshly cooked and delicious with a good selection.
The staff at the hotel could not have been more helpful. Always cheerful and help, even when we arrived back late or set off very early in the morning. The tour to Munar we wanted to do was fully booked, so they arranged a private tour for us and they helped us with booking train tickets we needed for the next stage of our trip. Ajish walked me through Kochi to show me where the theater was and recomended a cooking course (at the Paradise cafe, with George and Maria, which I thoroughly recomend too).
I would go back there in a heartbeat!

We stayed here for 2 nights recently and were extremely impressed. The room was immaculate and the bathroom was the best of all the guesthouses we stayed at in South India. The rooftop dining area is a really nice bonus, it was a great place to go and relax after a day of sightseeing. The staff, specially Ajish, was amazing. He really went above and beyond to cater to our every whim.
Location is very convenient. You are in easy walking distance to all the sites in Fort Kochi ( or a very cheap rickshaw ride). My favorite part of the location was that we were a few blocks away from Princess St which was a little too touristy for my liking. I would definitely stay here again if i go back to this area.
