This is a great place to spend time with family and friends. This hotel is located in a prime location which makes most of the places nearby.
They should really improve their service and food quality. Overall a good place.

The service quality would've been really better. This is a budget hotel expected to provide a decent spread. Also, there's a temple nearby, which keeps one awake. Lots of improvements and better facilities needed.

awsome place to be with friends.the luxury suit has an additional room that looks quite convenient for a small home party. location is a very important factor as it is near the kempfort mall.staffs are very cooperative. rooms are clean n housekeeping maintain it in regular interval.

The service quality was not what I had expected... the reception got flooded ... no hot water provided though repeated requests were made.... unhygienic towels ... inclusions of breakfadt was just a myth... no varied options were provided... a budget hotel is ecpected to provide a decent spread...
Hope the management pulls up their socks and start channel their strategies to customer centric...

We booked this hotel for a day. the room was very good, but it doesn have a phone to contact reception ppl. As may parents stayed here, they faced problems in asking help to receptionists. The package i booked had a complementary breakfast, but the hotel guys were not ready to arrange it and came out with some odd reasons. Finally I (staying far) called some hotel managers, to complaint the same. Just for that reason, they arranged a parcel of "masal dosa" which is completely unacceptable for the extra money i paid to get the complementary breakfast. FELT CHEATED for the extra money paid. the hotel ppl should take care of these issue to avoid losing customers.
