Very clean room. Air conditioning functioning well. Friendly, helpful staff. Parking for reasonable price (8 €). Across the street delicious ice cream bars, store close. There were local beach area surrounded by very good seafood restaurants near. Bus stop in front of the hotel. In the room beds were convenient. Wall-to-wall carpet. Light bteakfast.

Beautifully located near the magnificent Riviera. Comfortable and cosy rooms. Fast internet. Good breakfast. Lots of variety to choose from. Excellent room service. Wonderful ambience. Quaint furniture.

This is not in downtown Genoa, but a quite place, not far from the sea and some reasonable Restaurant on the sea shore. Bus 42 drives to Piazza Ferrari/Piazza Dante and the old city.
Easily reachable from the University of Genova as well.

This is a great little hotel, great value and comfort. I stayed in room 122
The weird brass trifids headboard thing is easy to ignore.
The staff are friendly and helpful, the bathroom is contemporary and well equipped
The bedroom is comfortable.
Breakfast presented a good choice of pastries, cereals and breads.

We spent 2 nights as a family of 5 in 2 bedrooms. This is a small hotel in a nice quiet area within 15 minutes walk to the charming village of Boccadasse and its pebble beach (lovely ice-creams!) but also 15 minutes by bus to the historic centre of Genoa and the main shopping area (bus stop in front of the hotel). The staff is really nice and helpful. There is on site car park for the reasonable cost of 10 Euros per night and the hotel is easy to find when coming from the motorway. Wi-fi is free. Bedrooms and bathrooms are on the small side but very clean and comfortable with a great range of TV channels in different languages and perfectly working climatisation. There is a nice continental style breakfast but be prepared to queue a little as the breakfast room is very small with a limited number of seats. Should we return to Genoa we would definitely use again!
