Location: 5 min walk from the town centre on a road of elegant C19th houses.
Parking: on street and plentiful.
Rooms: decent size, well equipped, very comfortable, decent ensuite shower, tv and tea/coffee.
Breakfast: good quality cooked (incl. veggie options), tea/coffee, toast, cereal, fresh fruit. All cooked in adjacent kitchen.
Host: Jen was delightful, welcoming, interested, chatty and efficient.

Nothing was a problem especially what you would like for breakfast .the menu covered most likes or dislikes the food was excellent. The food was excellently presented. The room was bright and clean and towels etc we changed daily
I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone. I wish all the best on new venture after taking over from her mother and father in April 2017.my wife had an excellent holiday and hopefully we will return.

We booked this b&b last minute as we were attending a wedding nearby at the Brig o Doon, location was perfect - £5 taxi journey to the Brig O Doon. We also had a lovely meal in a restaurant a 2 minute walk from the b&b.
The b&b was clean and comfortable, the room was fresh and had a comfortable bed and nice fluffy towels, also had some shower gel and shampoo in the en-suite which was handy as we booked last minute and weren't prepared!! 11am check out was also good after a late night, as most places tend to be 10am check out. Ann was very friendly and helpful. We would defiantly book again and would highly recommend this place, it was great value for money.
We booked room only which ideal for us, only thing I would have liked to have seen would have been some fresh water in the room, as we were unsure if water in bathroom was drinkable, however I am sure if we had asked this could have been provided and if we were more prepared we probably would have brought some bottled water with us.

Been 2 chalmers b&b twice and both times my friend and I both enjoyed our stay it was home from home lovely and clean room my friend and I had the triple room with en-suite greame and ann made us very welcome could do enough 4 their guest its a pleasure to go somewhere that ur made to feel very welcome my friend and I will certainly be going back there graeme and ann are a lovely couple who do a very good job at running their b&b

Spent 5 nights in the small cosy double room. The owner Graham was very friendly and helpful. The room has a comfortable bed with good tea/coffee making facilities and the neighbouring private bathroom was very clean. Although the room faced the road, it was very quiet. An enjoyable stay, would recommend to others.
