What People are saying
the only game in town

Can't speak to the accommodations, as we only stopped in for lunch while en route from Kashan to Yazd, but the restaurant proved to be more than serviceable, with one of the most eccentric interiors we visited. Diners (almost all of them large group parties) are served at galleries of long tables and partake of a generous buffet, all the while surrounded by an eclectic collection of wall hangings: pictorial carpets depicting landscapes and prophets, paintings of horses, plants and even dolphins. Options are few in Nain, so it's fortunate this tourist inn sets a good standard for food and service.
Solid four star hotel with local charm and great hospitality

We travelled to Nain for the first time with a number of family members last Dec. and stayed at the Tourist Inn. I strongly recommend the hotel on the following grounds:
- Clean, modern and very charming
- Excellent service, all around including managers and staff
- Safe
- Good food, breakfast, lunch and dinner
- Easy to find and easy to park (gated parking)
- Price was very reasonable
If you are looking for a local guide (strongly recommend) ask the hotel manager and they will put you in touch with the only guide there is in town. He speaks fluent english, is knowledgable and very passionate about the amazing history of this ancient town.
Enjoy!
good lunch stop between Yazd and Esfahan

This is a review of the restaurant in the Inn. We were a group of twenty so have a fixed meal. Considering the restaurant here was not apparently expecting us they did really well. We had a short wait for seats which were found for us around the room and our guide and driver helped out as waiters (!) but perhaps the best lunch we have had so far on our trip from Shiraz via Yazd. The bread was fresh, my veggie option of grilled tomatoes with rice, chips and pickled cabbage all very tasty and freshly cooked, the meat eaters enjoyed their rice with beef or chicken kebabs, soup starter and grapes and bananas to finish - we all keft well satisfied and happy. The loos were good also including Western style ones.
A very pleasant stop

This town is seldom visited and yet it is a very pleasant stop. The hotel first is nice and calm. The rooms are one of the best we had in Iran. A sittingroom on the ground floor opening on the garden and the bedroom is on the first floor. Very nice and big bathroom with hot water.
The restaurant is a very big room and we can say that it lacks charm but the food is ok and the service is ok too.
Epic journey in Iran where we were surprised by this place.

Nain Trouist Inn was a challenge to book but our guide helped us to do so. As an accomodation it was the best we ran into. Very nice renovated bathroom, sitting room and good beds.
Restaurant facilities were Iranian, meaning you have to like chicken kebab and not expect much for breakfast.
Nain is not very touristic but has a lot to show. They make silk carpets that are sought after worldwide. There is a nice museum.
