Hi there...we stayed at this hotel for 3_4days and had a pleasant stay.. location is very close to MG road..staff is very cooperative and helpful.Though it's a budgeted hotel they provide all luxury what u need.

I must say this hotel is absolutely pleasure to stay. The hotel is situated near MG Margh, and the room , cleanliness, behaviour of staffs are extraordinary. I suggest whenever you in gangtok please stay here.

Changlo Chen is a nice hotel located on NAm NAm very close to MG road. It has a small entrance which can mislead. But once you go down the stairs the hotel shows it's true colours. The interiors are very good and the hotel has accommodated itself in the small amount of space that it has got. The rooms are good and clean. The toilets are small but in such a small area that the hotel is based in it is normal. The rooms have TV with satellite connection. There are all amenities that you can expect in a good room. The restaurant is nice and serves some good food.
Once you go out from the hotel you can easily walk to MG road or the rope way. It has good connectivity. The staff is really helpful and very friendly. It is a perfect hotel for friends and families alike as it is not that expensive but is also a great hotel. I booked from MakeMyTrip and got a good discount on it.
Definitely worth a visit and do not hesitate to book it for families and friends.

We stayed here from 9th june 2017 for 2 days . its a horrible experience. We never seen such a worst ambience at any tourist hotel. No manager, no staff, no service, stinking badly, no fan, no coler. I paid for food in advance but we ate outside as the food is horrible. after complaining also they didnt gave any service. Never suggest anyone to stay there...

I had stayed at this property for a night along with my colleague during a recent business trip to gangtok.
As this is the starting of season getting hotels becomes little problem, so while searching I got this property.
Reviewing this property, I would like to mention the following.
1. Very near to my work place, i.e MG MARG.
2. Clean and spot less rooms.(though very small) but for a night and single person good l.
3. Food (Chinese) as I tried that only good!
4. All essentials provided in the room.
5. Room service total failure, the order taker in the morning seemed to be in a hurry while taking the order and without completely listening was disconnecting the phone.
6. Some staffs are so mis-behaved that you will ashamed of your self that you are a guest or something else. Especially a person in restaurant.
7. Gates locked at 9.30pm, got to take phone number of the concerned person and get the main gate open.
8. No views from the rooms.
If you look from the outside, you will feel this is dingy place but this place pleasantly surprised me.
If the staff would not have behaved ill mannered and the next morning the person in the restaurant while taking orders hanging up again n again . I would have definitely rated this property 5 star.
All in all good place for a small stay
