If you have to stay in Changwon I would recommend the Pullman hotel close to the Convention center. We were staying as a group and no choice. But I have to say that the location is not too bad as all the nightlife is basically around the corner. Tons of bars, restaurants and even a night club is in walking distance in the district of Sangnam Dong.
The limousine bus to the airport has a stop in front of the hotel and also the Changwon Joongang KTX station is near by, so location wise it was quite convenient.
The room is a bit small for my taste. The bed was also average. Even though the hotel provided all the amenities, I felt that this hotel is 3-4 stars. The wooden Japanese style bathtub was a little surprise but the rest felt so average. I am not saying that your sleep quality is bad but the age of the property cannot be overseen.
I would stay in the Pullman hotel as that one is newer and also one level up.

I stayed here for a few nights recently on a business trip. The lobby makes it look better than it is. When I walked in initially, I thought it was going to be a good stay. Once I got to the room, I was disappointed. The room itself was clean and well taken care of buy needed upgrades. The bed was all but on the floor and there were the bare necessities in the room. The bathroom has a wooden tub with a couple re-usable containers for soap and shampoo - I might bring your own soap/shampoo. The room was cleaned well everyday and the staff were friendly but not your typical amenities and necessities you like to have on business travel.
The location is pretty good with a short walk to several restaurants and bars and only a 10 minute walk to downtown Changwon.

Cons:
The windows blind is unable to fully block the street or sun light into room. You will wake up at 6am due to this. For those who are sensitive to light during sleep, this hotel is not for you. Hotel should consider change it to curtain.

I have visited Changwon in 2012 for a business issue and stayed there for 14 days. It is - as i see in the photos - the same as then. I had very pleasant mood, the accommodation was very good, clean and the breakfast, good for a European citizen. I would suggest to stay there even though i went there, 3 years ago, due to being near to the center of the city and quite good price for room. I will try to go there for vacation this time!!

I have been here only 1 night during my business trip and... Four stars hotel is another thing.
Room very poor and noise.
Breakfast not international.
Wifi very slow.
90€/night is not reasonable for the quality of the structure.
Never come back again.
