It was not a bad place and was very convenient to the university. Road construction made it difficult to get in and out of but this was not hotel's fault. It had a nice bar attached to it and the folks there were friendly. It was adequate hotel but nothing spectacular

We have stayed at the Chapel Hill University Inn several times. The price is very reasonable. One of the most reasonable that we've found that close to Franklin Street. It is in an excellent location! The employees are always very friendly and are willing to help in any way. We also like visiting Time Out, which is connected to the hotel. It's a great place to grab a drink and a bite to eat. We will definitely visit the Chapel Hill University again!!

Upon arrival I was greeted with a smile and check in was a breeze. Very friendly. The lobby is very sports oriented and the staff really take pride in their hotel and their jobs.
The room was nice and clean and had: A king size bed, side table, chair & small table, closet, fridge & microwave. Bathroom was very clean. Loved the coffee maker and that decaf was offered as well as regular. I had a non smoking room. Breakfast was included and I did visit the lounge to get cream for my coffee. I'm not a breakfast person so I can't honestly say how the breakfast was. There were quite a few fellow guests there and they all looked happy. I would definitely stay here again.

This place has clean comfortable rooms at great rate close to everything has shuttle . Staff is great and informative of surrounding area ,give it a 12 ,it has new pool . The hotel has a nice bar restaurant inside of the lobby which was future on man vs food (time out restaurant)

I have never experienced a more pleasant stay. Not enough words to describe the staff and facility. Very eager to help me and family with everything we could possibly need , especially with my son in law very critical in hospital. Walter and James are very courteous driving us back and forth to hospital. Front desk workers to the manager Jared all are great and an asset to operation of this Inn. I will recommend Chapel Hill Inn to anyone that needs a fabulous place to stay.
