Very big room AND an extra luggage stand which was helpful since we had to repack our suitcases. Large TV, and sink separated from shower and toilet. Comfortable bed and very quiet room even though on first floor. Very helpful staff. Only negative is limited breakfast items. My husband did enjoy the waffle! I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very spacious and comfortable for price. Front desk called me since we did not check in until midnight. Very attentive. Very clean room in quiet part of town. Easy to get to universal studios. Breakfast was included but lacking.

This review will be lengthy because I went through EVERY inch of our room to make sure it was up to my standard and right for our new family. Seeing as my one year old daughter was going to crawl around on the floor and sleep in the bed, I had to make sure everything was just right.
My husband and I live in the High Desert of California, but we needed a good place to stay one night as we were going from Long Beach to LA (Aquarium to the Zoo), to celebrate our daughters first birthday. So finding a great place was on the top of our list, even if was just for one night.
First, there are MANY hotels in this area- on every block, in fact. This hotel was great looking on the outside, freshly painted and had a nice little veranda which was attractive. The parking lot was small, but it was a great fit and the cars that were parked there were nice, newer ones. Upon entering the room, my first priority was to do my inspection. I checked EVERY. SINGLE. CORNER. Under the bed. Behind the toilet. In every drawer. Underneath the table and chairs. Pulled back the sheet and under the pillows. Checked the outlets to make sure they all worked. All the furniture was dusted, and in great shape. And the one thing that made me super happy...THE TOILET WATER HAD A BLUE CLOUDY TINT TO IT!! You know how when you use Ajax in your toilet, you get that blue cloudiness to it so you know its clean? It was like that. As a clean freak-type that made me happy :) There were no spiderwebs, no crumbs on the floor... it was pretty awesome. I guess my only complaint, would be the shower faucet. The "hot" and "cold" indicator was opposite. Meaning, when I turned the dial towards "hot" the water was actually cold, and when I turned the dial towards "cold", it was the hot water. Considering how please I was with everything else, it wasn't a big deal at all.
The comp breakfast was awesome! There is orange juice, coffee, hot water for tea, and milk for cereal. 2 types of cereal: bran and fruit loops. There were english muffins and bread to toast (butter and jam to spread also!), mini muffins, and the best of all: A WAFFLE MAKER! The batter is available for you to pour in your mixture and let it cook and then the light will go off and voila! Fresh waffles!
Customer service was terrific!! When I booked over the phone Arvind was kind, and when my husband checked in he said the same! We saw housekeeping working in the morning and at night, which was a good sign to me that they are hardworking at making their guests happy and comfortable.
All in all, I give it the highest review I can. I a 100% happy with our stay and we will book again for sure. I will recommend it to anyone!! Thank you, Arvind, and your team for making this new family comfortable which was our main priority :)

We stayed here while on vacation, the rooms are clean and well presented, very spacious with modern furnishings including table and chairs.
They don't have a restaurant, but there is a continental breakfast included in the price which is a great way to start the day. The gentlemen we dealt with were genuine, professional and helpful. Giving directions to bus stops and shops etc. when asked. The location is far enough away from LA & Hollywood that you can walk the streets without being hassled.
There is also a coin operated laundry plus an ice machine if you have the need to use it.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay with great staff and I would stay again if I am in LA again.

The hotel is a very cute setup. Just your basic room with flat screen tv, cable, microwave and mini fridge. It is kind of old but very clean so I’m not complaining except for the noisy air conditioner but they’re always noisy anyway. The bed is comfortable. The free wifi is fast but not for streaming or watching movies or Youtube videos. It just can't keep up.
The one problem was the broken tub drain plug. It wouldn’t let the water drain so I called for service on it. The owner came by and immediately took care of the problem. Was very happy that they made sure that I was comfortable.
The morning breakfast consists of breads, muffins, cereals and waffles. Nothing fancy but it was sufficient to get me started on my journey. You can get coffee and hot water at the front desk anytime, there just isn't any coffee machine in the room.
The hotel is located in the middle of Armenia town and almost anything you really need. There’s a Ralph store about 4 blocks away and 3 of the major fast foods chains within 3 blocks of each other. About a mile away is the Glendale Galleria. A shopper’s delight.
The hotel was fully booked when I arrived but thank goodness there was plenty of parking in this seemingly small parking lot. If you have a big truck or van, I doubt you’ll be able to fit. Definitely will be coming back just because the owner’s were really into taking care of THEIR business and their customers.
