Nice rooms, we were on the 3rd floor , and were told the lift was at the back of the car park, unfortunate that we weren't told it only went to the 1st floor , being of the older age group it was a pain getting the cases to our room, as the car park was full, didn't see much point in asking for a room change. Swipe cards were a good idea.Rooms were clean, didn't realise that they were only serviced once a week, took a few days to work out how to get clean towels , the note on the dirty towel basket was facing the wall, only worked it out when we saw someone esle's basket in the hall.
Sorry the thing that really got to me was the note that you had to take your rubbish down to the bins in the driveway or you could be charged a cleaning fee. at $200 NZ a night I would assume that would cover the staffs wages to clean and remove rubbish, replace tea bags , clean towels etc. The rubbish made me decide i wouldn't stay again, It's okay making you feel at home BUT I wanted a holiday not do the same things i do at home .

Reception staff very friendly and helpful. received upgraded apartment. stayed in 2 bedroom, very spacious and comfortable. Modern fittings. Quite location, fair pricing. Wireless was slow and hot water a bit slow to come through. Neither was really an issue. Would stay here again

I was fortunate enough to stay at this gorgeous place for one night, wished it was longer! Three queen sized beds, full kitchen facilities, three toilets! So comfortable and relaxing! Will come again!

Excellent Apartment with all needs including washing machine and dryer in room. 1 or 2 bedroom, Secure parking, Quiet location, good rate during weeknights, have stayed previously, convenient location if travelling by car.

Clean, adequately appointed, a big bed (which we think was 2 king singles pushed together, but it was still comfortable) and we had secure car parking undercover which was good. The private balcony was a nice touch too. The only criticism is that the tiny kitchen had a portable hotplate but no pans to cook breakfast in, so we think that is an oversight.
