Very nice staff and good location not far from 93 Business Center and La Hacienda Mall and Santa Ana Mall . Transportation from and to Airport very timely and well organised . Mini bar in the room very helpful . Breakfast served early very timely for heading out to " Surf" the day ...

When you arrive the reception area gives you the wrong impression, as it looks somewhat outdated and worn. However, the great customer service makes you feel at ease immediately, and the actual rooms are a quite modern.
Breakfast was included in our case. It was brought it up to the room, which made it even more delicious.

Our friends and my husband and I stayed in Bogota for 3 days before moving on. We were very pleased with almost everything about Charlie's Place. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and the lounge was a great place with hangout with our friends. It was within walking distance of a great mall but far away from the areas we wanted to go and the traffic was horrible. Would probably pick a different location next time.

My recent stay at Charlie's Place was a pleasant and joyful experience. The staff was kind, friendly, courtesy, understanding, and caring. I am eagerly looking forward to being there again, and I delightfully recommending the facility to others.

The customer service was exceptional. I arrived here at 11pm but there was no problem. Breakfast was super delicious too. They gladly took care of my luggage after checkout. I had a room without restroom but having shower was not a problem too. Room was clean.
